the place has a good ambience . The menu has a great selection, lots of favourites and some interesting choices,so something for everyone. Service is very good . The food is delicious and it is great value for money

A very pleasant experience following a visit to the theatre. We were allocated a v good window seat which added to the experience. The food was good as was the wine.

We were seated quickly and even though the restaurant was very busy the service was still excellent. The food was well presented and we were not rushed to leave. Would visit again and had a nice French bistro type atmosphere.

The brasserie decor is very inviting and service and food were excellent. The sea bream was excellently presented and very tasty. There is a friendly atmosphere and it was a great choice for a birthday lunch

Very friendly and efficient staff. We ate from the set menu, which is very good value. We enjoyed the whole experience and left in plenty of time to catch our show.

Visit to Côte was as good as always great value for money plus the added bonus of my rewards bottle of wine. Had my standard duck breast which was cooked perfectly. Greg the waiter was attentive but not over intrusive. Will be back again soon.

We called in for breakfast on our way to a funeral and found it a pleasurable experience. Whenever we see a Cote, we call in , because the food and service are consistently good.

Thank you Cote for an excellent meal. A table of 10 is never easy especially when some of the group are frail elderly but you were helpful, professional and kind. If I am ever back in Cardiff I will not hesitate to return both for the food and the service . Clair

The Cote Brasserie in Cardiff Bay is lovely. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is always very good. The menu is varied and excellent value for money.

Lovely food and restaurant. Clean and great service. Would definitely recommend. Prices were reasonable and the duck was gorgeous. Only complaint was that the food took a while to come out but was totally worth it.

Waitress wasn't very accomodating when we queried the bill and reluctantly had it altered. Food was ok. Ur not as good as previous occasions . Don't think I will rush back

Went as a party of four to celebrate a birthday. There was a good voice on both the fixed price and a la carte menus. The food was delicious and service excellent.

The restaurant had a really great vibe, the service was outstanding, even though the restaurant was really busy! Our food came out really quick and the taste of each course was so good! Definitely be returning for another meal soon x

Lovely setting, food was very expensive for the quality. £18 for a steak served with 'fast food' frozen chips. The cost of bottled beer was daylight robbery at 3.25 for 125ml bottle. Unfortunately, i wont be recommending nor returning.

Been many times before and were happy to return. Tried to get a table the previous week - restaurant was full. So this time I booked via Quandoo - which was very simple. Good selection on the menu - I chose my favourite starter of Prawn Gratinée @ £7,75 and Fish Parmentier £12,50 for my mains. The other 3 chose a variety - we all had different. Great evening with food, wine and best friends.

Enjoyable evening. Nicely produced starter and main course but desert was a little generic. Pleasant service with french tones but british speed of service. Nice value set menu from a better than average british restaurant chain.

Cote is always our go-to for food before an event at the Wales Millenium Centre . Food and staff are superb, there is a good atmosphere and we never break the bank!

A great place to visit. Good layout, lots of space with table arrangements to accommodate all party numbers. Always good service, a good varied menu reasonably priced. The set lunch and dinner menu s are great value. Book to avoid disappointment.

The crab mayonnaise starter had the most lovely fresh flavours and the free bottle of wine from joining Cote rewards scheme was a great accompaniment to the perfectly cooked medium/ rare fillet steak.

My sister & I visit the theatre regularly & our special treat is having a meal in your restaurant before. The food is always top Nosh, something different to choose from each time, the deserts are to die for.You have plenty of wines to choose from.The staff always make us feel special. We never feel rushed & it is excellent value for money. We love the atmosphere & we are looking forward to our next visit.
