Lovely food - great staff but slightly wobbly table. I would definitely go back again. Atmosphere good - mostly pre show for Millennium Centre so very busy.

Staff here went above and beyond normal restaurant service. We asked if a favourite dessert was available (crepe grand mariner) as we could see that another style of pancake was on the menu. The chef was consulted and even though this dessert was designed for later in the week the answer came back yes! Made our night. Whole meal was delightful.

Delicious food and excellent service. Couldn't fault the overall experience. Chose the 3 course set menu. A good selection of choices. Great value. Had the sea bass and it was superb.

This is a lovely restaurant that really is just like a French brasserie. The staff are so helpful, cheerful and polite without being intrusive. The food is excellent and there is always a specials menu with a good choice. We've eaten there 3 times now as they have a children's menu, high chairs and reasonable selection for vegetarians. Highly recommended.

We were greeted at the door as soon as we entered the premises by friendly polite staff and shown to our table without delay. The premises were clean an tidy. We were served without delay. The staff were very helpful as my wife has allergies to certain spices. The food was enjoyable. A very enjoyable experience.

Staff really helpful and food as good as ever. An excellent place to eat before going to the theatre. Only problem (which has happened before) is that we had to ask to move tables because of the seating arrangements for tables for 2 often being near the door, giving a cold blast over us each time the door opened.

This is a great restaurant in the heart of Cardiff Bay. There is always a lovely welcome. Fabulous meal, lovely surroundings, very attentive staff, One of my fave places.

As ever, excellent food and exceptional service. The warm Roquefort salad starter is my new favourite dish, and my wife says that the French Onion soup is the best she's tasted.

The staff was slow and were hanging around the coffee area rather than serving people. One girl took a long time making coffee and the other waiter rather than helpin just mocked her in front of customers. Wouldn’t recommend.

We enjoyed a lovely New Year's Eve meal at Cote in Cardiff Bay. Excellent service, excellent food and a fun atmosphere, we will be returning soon.

Fantastic staff very attentive and first class service. Food was very good, just a shame there were no rib eye. I paid a £40 deposit but this was not deducted from my bill. Has this been refunded ?

Attentive service and the lunch menu was very good value. The minute steak and risotto were delicious. Apple crumble was soggy. Will definatrly go there again

Food excellent and good value. Waiter forgot our dessert but they were worth the wait when they eventually arrived and because of their mistake they were on the house! Will return.

Great new year feast. Food excellent and great service. Regulars at Cote and had not had best time previous visit but this vist has restored our love for the place. We will be back.

Lovely food, great value, friendly and efficient staff and wonderful atmosphere. Three course NY menu had lots of choice. Three of us ate here, had mussels, salmon and crab. Three steaks, 2 Crewe brûlée and a crepe. All very good.

Fantastic food and fantastic staff! Put in a special request for flowers and they deilvered with a glass of wine. Will be back soon! Fantastic!!

First visit to Cote Brasserie, Cardiff Bay yesterday prior to theatre in the evening, could not have chosen a better place, the food, service, quality and value was excellent.

We didn't like having the service charge added to our bill and having to op out on paying 12% service charge . We like to have a choice . X

Booked online and all worked well. Had the days menu and food very good in terms of quality and value.The only issue was that we had long waits between courses. Took the gloss off a bit.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the service was a little slow as it was quite busy. Our kids were very tired and restless by the time the food came. The pork belly was not crispy on top so that was disappointing but the meat still tasted good. Overall food was good and nice atmosphere. Just needs more staff.

Excellent food. A very good selection of items to choose from on the menu. Have been there many times and never had a bad meal. Would recommend.

The muscles and sea bass were lovely, But the soup was not warmed through properly, and my partner had chips with his meal that were very over cooked. Not the usual high standards

Kept our table for us even though we were late due to traffic. The service was excellent and friendly. The food was wonderful. Dealt with efficiently as they knew we had theatre deadline.

Fabulous pre theatre menu. All staff so attentive and food was beautful. Would recomend to anyone something for everyone. Took my 2 daughters abd they were so impressed.

We booked for 5:45 and it took 10 minutes to seat us. When we came to order we were told that 3 items were no longer available so had very limited choice. Service was slow but the food was nice when it came out.

They were very busy when we arrived. Issue sorted out quickly. Manager could not have done more. Food good and staff very professional. Would visit again.

Good Location. Friendly Staff. Nice Flavours. Good Atmosphere. Soup was nice but chicken was overdone, so this is not a great restaurant but certainly ok and would return if visiting the WMC. It is a slightly better version of Le Bistrot Pierre chain, but a lot more expensive.

Went for pre theatre meal and hot to say service and food were amazing. Booking on-line so easy. Will definitely be returning to this wonderful establishment

Really nice ambiance, waiters were friendly and professional. Food was beautiful and lots of it, wine was reasonably priced - we chose the House red which was a really nice tasting wine.

We have been using Le Cote for many years in Cardiff Windsor and Cirencester and never had reason to be disappointed.This week we dined in Cardiff Bay,and again a lovely meal.My wife had brioche with mushroom sauce followed by oven baked bream,l had smoked mackerel rilettes followed by lamb parmentier,large glasses of Lagarde rouge to accompany......Perfect......A special mention Kamil who served us and helped to make the meal extra special.. thank you Kamil

I go to cote on the bay every year for my birthday and never disappoints. The service is great and the food always of a good standard - very friendly and polite staff.

Chips were very over cooked couldn't even stick my fork in them. Felt like we were rushed from the minute we got there. Both starter and main came out extremely quickly which is quite worrying as to how the food is prepared.

Can you rate a restaurant as a little too efficient ? It was a pre-theatre meal. Given 10 minutes to Choose if meals and it was with us on the table in about 10 minutes. Hard for restaurants to balance it out I guess. Sometimes customers want to enjoy the surroundings and have a reasonable break in between meals

Great service, delicious food. We had the Christmas set menu so very good value for money. Lovely atmosphere too. Would highly recimmmend! Will be back!

Meal lovely service slow and the restaurant was very noisy unable to have a conversation however we appreciate it is Christmas and individuals are in high spirits !
