Favourite restaurant in Cardiff Bay. Always good food and service. Lunch or dinner equally enjoyable. Well worth a visit

Excellent service, unfortunately didn’t take the servers name but she was lovely. The food was exceptional. Had the salmon and calamari for starter, could not fault it. Then had the pork belly for main, the best pork I have ever eaten. The best experience for my boyfriends graduation. Would recommend to everyone.

Great food, great staff, great setting. Everyone in our party enjoyed the good quality food and excellent wines and beers. The double Bailey’s coffee looked stunning and a taste sensation! The staff are attentive and friendly and definitely deserve the gratuity. Cote in Cardiff Bay has a buzzy atmosphere. We sat inside but the large windows make it light and airy. My favourite chain restaurant. My companions were very complimentary. For some the separate and extensive gluten free and vegetarian menus were a bonus.

Enjoyed the evening, the food was a little overpriced, the service was OK but let down by a long wait for a second glass of wine. I’ve always enjoyed Cote in the past and will not necessarily be put off.

We were five family members, oldest 74, youngest 17, and we all enjoyed our evening. There was a Food Festival taking place just outside the restaurant, and there were not many empty tables, I'm glad I booked, on line (very easy). Staff were very welcoming, service was a bit slow, but allowing for the numbers it was acceptable. The food was all very good, and we enjoyed our meal, and the service.

The service was great! We had an advance birthday celebration with my friend and a surprise gift was given to her! The staffs there are very thoughtful and friendly. The seafood and wine there were so great, especially the mussels. It was an awesome dining experience! I would definitely recommend my friends to this place!

The customer service and the quality of the food was up to the normal Cote high standards. The women's toilets were not great - all the loo seats needed fixing. It wasn't great, whilst I was using the toilets, to hear an arguement in the kitchen.

Good Morning, I have to say we were very disappointed with your restaurant in Cardiff Bay. We had a table of six booked. We all studies the menu and made our choices, only to be told at that stage you had no chicken left. Two of my team are quite picky with eating and I chose your restaurant for this reason. If the staff had told us when we arrived, we would of probably left. The food and friendliness of staff were not that positive. I must say when we stay in Cardiff next week we will not be revisiting. We visited Cotes for my husband’s birthday this evening., it is one of our favourite restaurants. Excellent food. Perfect service. What more could you ask for?

Good food in nice surroundings with an attentive waitress. Atmosphere was a little flat but we did visit late on a Sunday evening. I had to wait for my starter after my partner’s was served but the waitress did apologise. In a fairly empty restaurant a couple were seated on a table next to us that was very close which felt a little awkward - they chose to select a different seat which we appreciated.

Amazing meal, amazing service....could not fault at all, highly recommend a visit here! Staff could not do enough.

Everything was perfect. Really enjoyed the whole experience. The food was excellent.

First time here. We called in for breakfast due to staying up Cardiff for the night. We thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was lovely. I had a croissant which come with a selection of jams, not many places do this. A nice touch. My partner had eggs benedict, he was very pleased with his as his eggs were how he liked them. Runny not hard. A lovely little place to visit. We will be back 🙂
