Attentive and great service. Food was lovely! Will come again.

Exemplary experience as always. We were made to feel very welcome. The October special menu is delicious so much so we have sampled it more than once and we’re only half way through the month! It’s such a treat after a long hard week. A big Thank you to all the staff. See you next week!

Very enjoyable and relaxing. We've always enjoy the ambiance here. Our second visit during COVID. the restaurant is managed so that the crucial social distancing is observed thoroughly but without being obtrusive. The food is good and well presented: the wine is fine, a good range at reasonable prices.

Excellent food and service, particularly the Breton Fish Stew. Delicious! Then followed by the Creme Caramel, best in Cardiff. 😁

Well prepared and delicious food. Many tempting choices on the menu, and with the specials menu too, it’s difficult to chose. I wasn’t disappointed however. I wish I’d kept room for the crème caramel, my favourite! Warm, charming and efficient service. A lovely meal.

Vegetarian options were limited but otherwise the food was delicious and our waiter was friendly and professional.

We always enjoy our visits to Côte, and last night was no exception. The food was delicious, the service great, and the complimentary fig cocktails divine!

Great breakfast as usual. The precautions are just right and strictly enforced without being too obvious. Relaxed Helpful service. Food usual high standard, just what you need to get a very small break.

We had a wonderful and delicious meal with fantastic service. I’m very sorry I didn’t get our waiter’s name but he was a young slim white man with black framed glasses. He was the perfect balance of attentive and invisible, if that makes sense! I must also thank the chef for preparing the crab mayonnaise starter for me without tarragon (I hate tarragon) - it was delicious. I can’t fault anything about our meal; praise all round.

I ordered Calamari as a starter, very disappointing. Cooked in heavy breadcrumbs and deep fried - terrible! Please bring back light batter!!

Service and environment was very good, despite being somewhat quiet in the restaurant. We were well looked after with good food and excellent French wine. Hopefully will be back soon, subject to no lockdown being imposed.

It was good to return to Cote after the long period of closure. Very nice to see that the friendly staff were still there and that service was still excellent. Food arrived in a timely manner, well presented and tasted eally good.

Outstanding food and outstanding service made this an excellent evening. The acoustics means that noise from other tables can be obtrusive.

Another meal for 2 at our "local" Cote in Cardiff Bay. Getting accustomed now to eating Covid-19 style! After previous visit, we wanted to know about use of Menus. They are quarantined after each use which is a good sign. My wife had the Baked Crottin as an (ample) starter; I had the Prawn Grattine - spicy and delicious. For main course, my wife had Beef Bourguignon - a good standbye, and I have the Sirloin steak - well cooked and almost 100% meat. For Deserts we had respectively Coupe Noir and Praline Crepe - lots of dark chocolate in evidence! Not too busy at 12.30 on a Friday and the service was excellent throughout

Lovely food, beautifully prepared and served. All staff were excellent, attentive without being intrusive, friendly and welcoming. We had a really lovely evening, so pleased you are open again, although the home deliveries were very good indeed.

The staff were polite, and very accommodating. We could not fault the service. The food was tasty and nicely presented.

The staff that dealt with us were very polite, the restaurant was quiet with a really nice ambience, aperitifs were served promptly whilst we were looking at the menus and food was also served in a timely manner. The food was well presented, great portion sizes and very tasty food.

All fine but not a very varied menu s there were no set menus but understand it’s the times we are living in at present

Fabulous lunch! All staff excellent. Tables and chairs cleaned as soon as people left. Could not fault anything. We will be back.

Lovely meal for our wedding anniversary. Felt very safe and very well looked after. Would recommend to anyone. Feel so sorry that not very busy
