Excellent graduation lunch with family. Lovely service, food, atmosphere. Highly recommend. Glass of prosecco for the 'graduate' on arrival which was a lovely touch. Very good value for money too.

I went here for breakfast and what great service. Yes, this is a chain restaurant but do they offer good value food along with good hospitality and professional service!! I have to admit this is probably one of the BEST Côte Restaurant’s I’ve been to. I’ve been to at least 10 across the UK. From the moment you step in, you feel welcomed and valued, right until the time you leave with a genuine and meaningful good bye. The meal was well cooked and tasty, I had the full breakfast which comes along with a hot beverage of your choice, fruit juice and toast with three kinds of jam. The atmosphere was perfect with a great view of the Welsh Millennium centre in the background. It’s been an absolute pleasure dining here and I would definitely be back when I return to Cardiff in the near future. I was there on Tuesday morning, 17 July. Well done to the two staff members running the breakfast service and to the rest of the team who made it such a great experience!!

Lovely food and great choice of gluten free meals and puddings. Setting is great as well, good atmosphere and very convenient to go for a meal before a show at the Millenium Center.

Great restaurant but some dishes on the menu were sold out - but it was a very busy evening. Very good service and friendly staff.

I loved the food but the service was appalling. I had to ask for the menu trice. And twice for the bill! And there weren’t even that many people there.

Great food and service pre our visit to theatre to see war horse. Had the a la Carter menu and my husband had the early special menu - lots of choice.

Lovely food. Good service. Fabulous location. The tiniest of complaints would be the situation of the toilet next to the kitchen as you have to be careful of the waiting staff carrying large trays of food coming around the corner!

We still enjoy every visit to Cote at Cardiff Bay. The food is always of a very good standard, and the quality of the service and friendliness of the staff are excellent.

Food and drink for breakfast were all delicious. The staff looked after us really well, and the complimentary mimosas were a delightful surprise and more than made up for the slight disappointment at the lack of a children's breakfast menu. They both enjoyed their sausage baguettes very much in any event.

As always a wonderful dining experience at Cote Cardiff Bay. Excellent food, first class service and a most enjoyable atmosphere. A very busy time with many diners having been to a graduation ceremony but no adverse impact on our enjoyment.

Very good offer '2 courses for £11.95' and good customer service. They were flexible enough to change the basil mash to frites to accompany the plaice. The breaded chicken with provencale sauce was nice but requires a side e.g. frites to accompany the dish. The desserts were very nice, although the dark chocolate pot was small but very rich.

We had an enjoyable, set menu, meal prior to visiting WMC to watch show. The meal was good, not too expensive and the service was excellent. Thank you

Went there when the International food festival was on so very busy, thankfully we had already booked. The food and service was excellent, this being our 4th visit and again up to the usual high standard.

Food and service was excellent. Portion size could have been considerably larger. Just two small filled crepes for a main was far too small, especially as it didn't come with any sides.

Excellent service.The Staff were very friendly, fantastic atmosphere, as there was lots going on in the Bay. Windows open out onto the main events. Food very good. Not rushed out. Really enjoyable.

Food and service was excellent. The Resteraunt was clean we had a warm welcome when we first entered the building and when leaving were thanked for are custom.

Very nice meal with great atmosphere as jazz and golden hits being played/sung next door, balmy evening on Mermaid Quay- hard to beat! On the slight downside: it took several minutes to great us on arrival, mentioned to the waiter we were celebrating our 5th anniversary but no further reaction than an initial acknowledgment. They had run out of our favourite Provence rosé and the tuna of tuna niçoise salad was overdone. The Breton chicken with wild mushroom sauce was good, so was the calamari starter and tarte fine aux pommes with vanilla ice creams accompanied by a glass of Montbaziliac dessert wine. Lovely noisette coffee to finish. Service was on the slow side especially after the main course. Having said all this Côte definitely remains a lasting favourite of ours!

Lovely food but let down by having to ask to move tables as was seated at a table squashed between other diners with little room. Many other tables for 2 available so disappointed that even thought I had booked the table given was the worst in the restaurant.

The service was very slow and the restaurant was not busy also there was a party of young girls there that were very noisy making it difficult to sit and chat.

We had a very friendly welcome, were given a choice of seating which was great. Service was super efficient and the food was great. The staff were able to answer questions we had about ingredients. Overall a very enjoyable and pleasant experience.
