We were a party of 13 friends enjoying a pre-theatre lunch today at your Cardiff restaurant. Our experience was great the food that we had preordered was superb and the staff were friendly and efficient. We would certainly come to your restaurant again and will recommend it to other friends.

Welcoming, very busy as pre theatre visit but looked after well. Early bird menu was good value. Glass of wine nearly as expensive as meal - still has a glass though!

As usual the restaurant gave us a warm and professional welcome. The food and service were of a high standard and we enjoyed our free cocktails. An excellent pre- show venue.

We have been to the Brasserie several times and the service and food has always been very good.The monthly change to the menu is an excellent idea.

Excellent service , varied menu and delicious food. I especially enjoyed the baked cod.

Had a really lovely catch up with a friend here, loved the 2 course offer and the food was delish. The service was a little lacking at times, and didn’t appreciate the automatic 12.5% service (albeit optional!) added but overall a great experience and would come again.

Great welcome, amazing food and excellent service. The fougasse was the best that I’ve tasted. The Weekend Chicken Special was chicken at its best. We had extra carrots which were cooked beautifully. The deserts were delicious. A candle for my birthday was a nice added extra! Thank you Cote Brasserie.

Four of us enjoyed a delicious lunch from the basic menu. Good range of options and, fortunately for us, the chocolate pot was still one of the deserts!

Even as big Cote fans tonight was exceptional. Complimentary Cote rewards blood orange aperitif great start, scallops with Chablis and filet steak au poivre and shared cheese course with Treviac gutsy red took us to another level. Reasonably priced for quality of food and wine, great service and genuine buzzy ambience of a Parisian bistro. All reasons why Cote is our go to restaurant in Cardiff.

Couldn't fault a thing, the restaurant was full but the service and food were perfect. Blood orange martini, french onion soup, rib eye steak and chocolate mousse. Absolutely spot on, very impressed.

We enjoyed a really lovely meal before heading to the theatre. Atmosphere was lively, food was wonderful and great value for money. But the most distinctive quality was the service.....attentive, personable, professional!!!

This was our first visit to côté and it was a very pleasant experience. The food was very good and the staff were friendly and very efficient and the fact that the restaurant was full didn’t seem to affect waiting times for food or drinks.

A very good choice of pre-theatre menus. it provided just what we wanted at a competitive price.

we enjoy going to Cotes because of the menu alters monthly and we are able to enjoy a good selection of well presented food and excellent table service

Overall the food was delicious. Mushroom soup, endive starter and steak deserve a special mention. More vegetarian options would be good. The green beans weren’t good and were drowning in butter and the side salad had too much dressing on. Staff were very friendly and service was quick.
