Nice table, excellent friendly service - waitress was so helpful. Tasty food, served in good time and good value for money. Perfect for an hour lunch-break.

Lovely food and great service. A great place to eat pre theatre for royal Albert Hall as it’s a short walk away. I would highly recommend this Cote.

Great atmosphere, lovely meal and great service. We had the early bird menu for 2 diners and also had a gluten free diner who was very satisfied with her meal.

I have been to many branches of Cote for lunch or supper in and out of London. On the whole it has always been good. The starter this visit came with the reblochon cheese on a dry flat bread. I have had a similar starter elsewhere on dry flatbread. I recommended the reblochon to my friend but there was so little on it, it became a boring starter. It is a delicious cheese and there should have been more. Likewise when I had the flatbread elsewhere which was dry and boring. It seems to me you use the flat bread and put other goodies on top but its the flat bread that is hard and boring. The seafood main course was very nice. On the whole your food is good value for money and tastes good but some of it could be improved without too much further expense.

Our party was 5, everyone was really happy with their food, 2 Pork Belly, 1 Lamb Shank, 1 Poulet Roti and a sirloin steak. Good wine, the house white

Atmosphere unexceptional. Food mediocre - char-grilled half chicken had no evidence of char-grill and was dry / over-cooked. Little wonder they try to sell additional sauces - presumably to moisten the main event. Service was OK though the staff interaction was more coached / automatic than heartfelt. We did at least get in & out in time for our show despite the fact that the restaurant seemed quite busy. We have had much better experiences at other branches of the same chain so either the brand is deteriorating or standards are inconsistent.

We booked this restaurant for lunch as a celebration event and to be near the Royal Albert Hall (RAH) where we had seats for a 3.30pm performance of Cirque du Soleil. The restaurant was bustling when we got there, but the service was extremely solicitous - even after we asked to be moved table twice! Our waitress was patient and friendly. The food was beyond our expectations - absolutely delicious and just the right size portions. We all had different main dishes from the menu - poulet roti, Breton fish stew, fish parmentier and poulet grille and couldn't fault any of them. We were slightly disappointed that all the "Specials" creme caramel had sold out but enjoyed the extremely creamy creme brulee. We all thought the bill was reasonable for London and would recommend this restaurant for anyone wishing to eat before an event at the RAH. This venue is around a 15 minute walk from Cote Kensington, just enough to burn off (a few!) calories.

First visit to this branch. Attentive staff, buzzy Sunday lunch atmosphere and excellent dishes. Baked crotin with beautifully dressed green salad and walnuts followed by perfectly cooked lamb fillet on a bed of unctious ratatoullie, complemented perfectly with a fine merlot.

Two chicken dishes were dry and over cooked, two beef dishes were similar but not as bad but they were lacking in appeal with stodgy gravy and minimal vegetables.

Very good experience, food was prepared and presented well, price was fair and the addition of a service charge which clearly stated went to the staff was acceptable

Polite helpful staff and, as always, the food was well presented and tasty. Although we arrived half an hour earlier than we had booked they were still able to accommodate us as it was a quieter time of the day.

Portions on the set lunch menu are quite small. But a bargain price. And extremely enjoyable. The lunch menu was not given to us when we sat down, we had to request it.

When you book at Cote you know what to expect and you get it. All fine. Food, wine, table and service all to Cote standard.

Good choices of meals on the set menu and food was of good quality. Service was friendly and efficient, Overall a good place to go for a quick pre theatre bite to eat.

This is the best Cote I know. The food can vary quite a bit from branch to branch, but this one is consistently good. That’s probably why it is always packed. Booking essential.

Lovely food great value friendly staff, would have been a 6 but I asked the waitress for a little extra salad dressing but it never arrived!

Always good food. Service could be a little more prompt and observant. The bill always takes a long time to come after asking to pay.

Quick and efficient. Value for money. However the seafood linguine was way too peppery, which was a shame as two of us ordered it and couldn’t eat it.

A lovely restaurant. We enjoyed good food and great service. It’s a pretty location probably even prettier in the summer. We look forward to returning.

Slow to take my order taking that of others who arrived after me first which is not very professional. After that all good but rather noisy.

Very good value. Good food, nicely served and vibrant ambience. Can get a little noisy when full so if you prefer quiet, then request a quiet table at the rear. Best value in London!

Main courses fine but starters cold. Service good but unsure if tips go to staff. This is second cote recently where food has been cold. Seems like they are reheating food.

Had a lovely dinner yesterday in Cote Brasserie Kensington. One of my friends got a free meal as they made a very small mistake on her order. She waited another 5 min. and then her main meal arrived. Waiters very polite and friendly. I highly recommend the Cote Brasserie.

Just had a lovely evening in Cote Kensington Food ,service all fantastic. Lots of atmosphere and management went out of their way to be helpful moving us to a better table when one became free shortly after we arrived.

We had a very good experience , with a pleasant meal in a buzzing atmosphere , the waiter was French and was courteous and helpful, all in all a very nice time at a reasonable price .

We went to the High St Ken cote before a show at the Royal Albert Hall, as its only a 10 mn walk from there. The food and service were excellent as always.

We were greeted by friendly staff. We ordered our food which was well cooked and very tasty. We have eaten a number of Cote restaurants and this one was up there as one of the best.

Excellent menu plus generous complimentary wine. Serving staff and Management very efficient and always welcolming. Portions are occasionally a bit mean but this is not often! The deserts menu is particulaly tempting and has some low calorie and minimal cholestral items. It's a pleasure to eat at COTE Kensington. Geoffrey Helman PS . We found same excellent standard as Cote in Lewes and Brighton. Excellent for having lunch or dinner when attending performance at the RAH....it made a great day comlete

Very nice lunchtime food and service as always from a Cote restaurant. Good situation for London attractions, but in a quiet location so very pleasant experience.

Pleasant staff and reasonable food. Fast service was welcome at lunch time and the steak was good. Not food to set the world on fire but perfect for a quick lunch with friends.

The food, staff and ambience in Cote were fantastic. Our party of four, all enjoyed our meals and drinks. Would highly recommend that you come and visit this wonderful restaurant.

This is a regular eatery for us each time we come into London, can't sing its praises high enough - good food at a good price, good ambience and really pleasant serving staff. Little wonder they get our repeat business!

The service was a bit slow. Staff shortages because of flu I think. They were very apologetic and the food was good so all is forgiven.😀

Food well prepared, service excellent and value for money. Only criticism would be that the restaurant was uncomfortably hot. Gets crowded at lunchtimes so recommended to book.

A very enjoyable lunch with excellent service. I had the set menu again this week and it was a good as two days ago! Well done Cote!
