Côte Kensington

As always very good value but we thought the food was not quite as tasty as usual at Cote. The location is excellent for the Royal Albert Hall and the staff were very courteous.

The service was very efficient and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and the portions were just right. Would definitely go again.

We had a delicious meal, in a lovely room, served by friendly and attentive staff. The set menu is excellent value. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

As usual a very good meal. Our usual waitress was very efficient and friendly. We loved the gin and tonics and enjoyed the dishes from the a la carte menu.

This was our first visit to the Kensington restaurant. It was a very enjoyable meal. Friendly and efficient staff. Ladies toilet facilities in clean condition.

Very good meal was delicious service was good. We were limited timewise but were able to have 2 courses which were well presented and very tasty. The price was reasonable and we considered the meal was good value for money

cote kensington is jn a lovely location. The waiter was exceptionally pleasant and attentive. there was a good choiceon a reasonably priced special menu. The food tasted lovely.Will return.

I'm a great fan of Côte. Food, (as always very good value), ambiance and friendly, efficient service on the part of our waiter were up to scratch. But we had to wait so long for our desserts and coffee that we had to bolt them down in order to get to the Royal Albert Hall in time for the Prom concert. The meal took an hour and fifty minutes. Not the first time this has happened at this branch.

A delightful early evening dining experience. The food was very good and very reasonably priced. The service was excellent and the ambience of the resaturated very warm and welcoming. I will certainly recommend the v establishment to friends and family.

What fantastic staff and food! We were difficult customers as we had two children in push chairs so we had to disrupt other diners to get by. The staff were supportive and incredibly helpful! I cannot rate then all higher. The food was very good too!

Service as good as always but food was a bit below par. Carrots were raw with a bit of melted butter drizzled over them. Not al dente but quite raw. Not cooked at all.

Great restaurant. Just a shame that some of the tables are crammed in, making it difficult to get up and down without knocking in to other diners.

It was an unusually busy Sunday evening due to a concert at the Albert Hall, but the service was as good and polite as always. The food was good and we got our requested table. It’s a favourite of ours for just this reason.

Long time to get served. Asked for children’s menu, it never arrived so we ordered from the adults menu for our child (to save time).

Very reliable, regardless of location. French beans could have been cooked a bit longer, other than that the meal was excellent. Will be rating there again soon.

Very busy restaurant used mainly by pre theatre goers. Food is good but there are too many tables and we were sitting in a busy corridor. If you are thinking of eating here best to book somewhere else as a back up and you can decide when they show you your table.

Lovely food, good service and despite being very busy, the staff did a great job. The complimentary gin cocktails were most welcome and greatly enjoyed, thankyou 😊

As always, the food was excellent value (especially the dleicious dessert) and the service friendly and efficient. The gratis gin and tonics were also much appreciated!

Super staff, great food and lovely ambience. Always our restaurant of choice, especially in Kensington - and anywhere else if there is a Cote to go to.

I have eaten at this Cote many times over the last 4 years. The service is always prompt and friendly. More important the food quality is very good and the choices are always quite varied.

The food and ambience are excellent at Cote Kensington. There are many things to choose from on the menu, and the prices are good. With seating indoors and outside, the atmosphere is quite festive and fun.

Very pleasant get together with old colleagues. Special lunch menu has good choice and very reasonable price but tuna rillettes were a little runny. Good service executed with a smile.

Not up to the usual standard of other Cote's. Went here with friends befor going to the Proms. Two hot starters were cold, this was remedied but thereafter service was slow.

Delicious food and excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful. The set menus early evening offers make this excellent value. This is the second time we’ve been to this restaurant and we’ve had a very enjoyable meal both times.

This is now a place for a regular dinner. The food quality and the service is always good. Early evening menu is especially good value for money.

I arrived early, but this was no problem. The free bottle of water was very acceptable! Service of the coffee was a bit slow, but I was in no hurry. As usual, a good meal, good service and a reasonable price!

Staff were friendly. Food is yum. Definitely recommend pissaladiere and roast chicken, and the chocolate mousse!! Location is really good and very affordable. Thank you.

Very good food at really reasonable prices and generally good service. Only downsides were not enough air conditioning on such a hot day and staff a bit slow.

Great place to meet for lunch or catch up with friends. Good value set lunch which lasts until early evening. The breakfast menu is also great.

Love going to Cote in High Street Ken. The food, lunch in this case, is always delicious and lots of choice. You can either have the set menu at either 2 or three courses or just choose something from the a la carte. They do proper fresh mint tea and it’s always packed so a good atmosphere. In summer they also put some tables outside. The staff are charming , friendly and very attentive. My favourite place in this area.

Friendly and efficient service. A varied menu, with our own choices very tasty and enjoyable. We had good meal before heading off for an evening at the nearby Royal Albert Hall.

Nice food but poor service. Chaotic service, waiters hardly speak English and cannot take orders properly. No one seems to be in charge. Can do better.

The staff are always warm and welcoming, the food is delicious, the wine lovely and it is great value for money. This is always our restaurant of choice.

The food was good but there were 1 or 2 glitches. I ordered the moules marinieres, as I often do, but the sauce was lacking in wine and the rince-doigts had ice cubes in it!

The food was excellent, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. We met our family visiting from Canada who were also impressed. We had breakfast which was cooked to perfection.

A lovely breakfast sitting outside in the shade. Great location minutes from the bustle of Kensington High Street - a calm oasis. Very good service & beautiful eggs, The Formule Breakfast is such good value.

Pleasant Cote restaurant. Nice outdoor seating at front of restaurant away from busy main road. Good menu in early evening and fairly close to Royal Albert Hall for pre concert dining. Staff pleasant. Service slightly slow.

Arrived ahead of reservation time, but this did not seem a problem for staff who throughout our leisurely lunch were friendly, courteous and attentive (but not overly so). Food excellent: our guest thought portions on large side, but we all enjoyed the meal and ambience. We have lunched here before with satisfaction on every occasion, but now felt that the previously good food was even better. Strongly recommend.
