I had a family booking, including the 2 young children, after visiting one of the museums. The staff were very accommodating and the food was great.

It is difficult these days to escape from noise in restaurants, but by sitting towards the back it was less of a problem than usual. Our waiter was especially helpful and the young woman who showed me to the table, also very friendly. Fixed price menu extremely good value

Geat food, quiet atmosphere for talking, delicious food, attentive service

As usual, great value, great meal, great service. Consistent across all locations we have visited.

The tall Italian dark hair waiter was very rude and intimidating , no one will have eye contact at all , hence has to wait for a long time to be served . Most of the male waiters were very miserable and rude apart from the manager . Other branches are much nicer , this only happen to Kensington branch . The service is really poor.

Tasty beef and bream, lovely and efficient staff. My friend's birthday was made a really special occasion.

Always good value and I really enjoyed the croquettes as a starter. The staff as usual were excellent, charming and friendly but never pushy.

Rude staff booked a table to be sat by the entrance with everyone walking past, advised we had a show to get to. Slow service only just made it after rushing food not enjoyable

Couldn’t fault it! It was my daughter’s 17th birthday lunch and the staff were so sweet and brought her cake out singing Happy Birthday. Very attentive and the food was delicious. Keep it up!

Pleasant sitting outside- good to have heater and blanket in the wind.

Pierre was our waiter he was lovely as always! We had chateaubriand for two! Cooked just as ordered and delicious! Noisy guests with children was the only reason I didn’t give 6 stars for noise level. Not your fault.
