Really good food perfectly prepared at Cotes Kensington. Charming waiters who helped us to choose our menu . Altogether a most most enjoyable evening and will be back at the first opportunity.

We enjoyed our meal at Cote Kensington. We both ordered from the ‘day deal’ rather than the ‘prestige deal’. However, when the bill came, one day deal and one prestige deal (around £5 more expensive) had been charged. I explained to our waitress that this was an error. The waitress disagreed with me - I suspect prestige meal had been keyed in error. There was no offer of speaking with manager etc. rather a brusque manner suggesting the fault was mine. I was with a friend and did not want to spoil an otherwise enjoyable meal. Cote could give a voucher to me to use on a future occasion. I’m a regular customer - the above incident most unusual.

Lovely food and service. Staff were all very friendly and understood my needs. Small mistake on the bill but that was soon rectified. Overall we came away very satisfied and looking forward to visit the next time we are in London.

Superb service, attentive staff, lovely food. Acoustics could be improved - a bit noisy when dining near the bar area at entrance. Otherwise, as ever, a delight!

Our table for eight was ready when we arrived. The service was welcoming and prompt. We were all very pleased with our complimentary kir royale. All our meals were good and everyone was very happy to have eaten with you. I have eaten here many times and never had a bad meal. Thank you!

Tuna steak was overcooked no one attended to us to ask how I meal was so could not send the tuna back ! I like cote but highly disappointed about that as well as no one asked us if we wanted dessert or more wine ?

Despite of being very busy and taking a while for us to be attended, staff was really friendly and the food was really good. Excellent steak tartare and ribeye.

Server was foreign and therefore has difficulty understand our order which when arrived was like warm not hot When advised about this was ignored and still to charge for the soup which was returned untouched and added the service charggr

I loved this Cote. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I can't remember the man that served us (he was Italian) however he gave us excellent service and was really attentive. He checked back to see if our meals were okay, and helped me with my food allergies (gluten free). We will definitely be back !

As usual the food was excellent with a variety of interesting dishes to choose from. The staff are so welcoming and helpful that Cotes Kensington is a hot favourite for locals and people come from a wide spread of areas to come to this particular branch of Cotes. Been enjoying Cote for many years. This time my steak frites, the dish I always order, was tough and mainly gristle. Staff politely changed it for another one which was good. I had book using a January offer, £9.95 for two courses available on set menu. This was reflected on my booking confirmation. But when bill arrived offer was not included in total. I had to point this out to staff who adjusted the total and made the deduction.

Cote continues to be a good value for money and never lets you down if you are in need of a simple yet wholesome meal. The food is consistently tasty, the service is attentive but not too pushy and the overall experience is satisfying. We keep going back.

The salmon was delicious and the cream caramel was one of the best I have ever had! Outstanding customer service! We will be back!!!

Very good French food but not great service. Two items we ordered never came, but by the time our server checked on us we didn’t care anymore because food was delicious.

We have been to Cote several times which we always enjoy - but this visit with a new menu was even more enjoyable- excellent Lamb chops .

Very bust today but, as always, good food and excellent service.

I haven't enjoyed at all. All the starters contains onions and in the menu it wasn't mentioned it. The main course was ok, but the prawns was overcooked. The dessert was a crepe with orange liquors but it tasted just alcoholic. The other dessert was a cream caramel but in reality was a really good milk flan, really good but not a cream caramel.
