This is a great French restaurant in Kensington Court, London W8. It has a really good menu and wine list and the staff are very professional and friendly. I have been to this restaurant many times now and it is very difficult to find any fault with this highly enjoyable dining experience.

Very busy and no table despite reservation. Was left hanging around in the corridor for 10 mins. Food ok but have had better in other Cote restaurants. Service very unattentive as so busy. Star of the service was Ana Marie who went out of her way to offer excellent customer service. Men in Black aka manager not doing very much at all other than take diners to their table. Probably won’t go back as too many other choices in High Street Ken but big shout out to Ana Marie.

Excellent meal and good service in a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Disappointing that we were charged for the much promoted March Gin aperitifs! Otherwise, as always a great dining experience at Cote in Kensington.

The Prestige menu is excellent value and the food of a great standard with decent sized courses. I will definitely be returning soon rather than later.

We had a large group of 34. The food and restaurant was ready when we arrived. Manager, assistant manager, and the servers were delightful. the food was magnificent--one of our party said "that was the best dessert I have ever had." We LOVED Cote and will visit again.

We was a party of 16 at a cousins get together. We were made very welcome by the all the staff. We had an excellent relaxed meal, no rush, so a very enjoyable evening. We haven’t been to Cote Kensington before, but it was certainly up to the standard we had expected from other Côtes we have been to. I would be more than happy to repeat the evening again.

Didn't have long as we were off to the Royal Albert Hall but the food was well timed and we just the right time inbetween courses. Place was very busy but waiters were very attentive and food was very hot and tasty. Good value for money from the set menu.

Perfect meal, with good atmosphere after a show. We had a quick stop by with our 7 year old. Who was also made to feel very welcome. Good food & drinks menu for both us and our son. Will definitely go back

I wanted to give the maximum, even if just for the wonderful service and the superlative Albert! But - unusually for Kensington Cote - the food was truly disappointing. Overall, presentation was lacklustre. The grilled sardines were tasty, but a pale, uninspiring serving that was too small - or the plate too big. Ditto the sea bream main course which, oh added woe, was overcooked! The creamed spinach had that congealed look of having been overheated and left too long and the fine tarte aux pommes was dry, hard and overdone at the edges. And this was the PREMIUM set menu!

We were placed at a table right next to the waiter's station and were disturbed by the constant chatter and clattering of wine glasses. The division between the station and out table was constantly being bumped into by staff and it was not a pleasant experience. I have eaten in Cote in many venues in many towns and this was the worst.

As ever, a lovely atmosphere at the Kensington Cote. An imaginative menu suiting a wide range tastes and pockets. The Prestige Menu offers really good value for money and can be used at any time (unlike the set menu). The a la carte menu is always available. The service was initially very good although we did have to wait rather too long for the bill after the dessert (a small point).

The food was good quality and the set menu is excellent value for money. No problem with paying for the extras as that was expected. It was quite busy but the service was very attentive and the ambience was good ( not too noisy). Only slight gripe is the price of drinks, £9 for a glass of wine was rather more than I would have expected for the quality.

Good service, and the food overall was OK, but although the Chicken was fine, all three Duck Breast portions were overcooked and luke-warm not hot and not a patch on the same dish we had and enjoyed at Sloane Square and Hampstead.

We are regulars at this branch of Cote - one of the better ones in this chain ,as it has more of a feel of a local restaurant . The food is reliably good and most importantly great value and the staff welcoming and friendly.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The StGermain gin and tonic was delicious, made by Anna Marie. We enjoyed our pissaladiere with anchovies then the Fish Parmentier and the chicken with mushroom sauce and would order that again. The only negative was that our table was very close to ones either side so we had to pull our chairs right in. We’ll certainly be back though!

As usual we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The service is always friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, and possibly unavoidable, the noise level is high maybe due to the fact that everybody is having a good time! The food was very good except the pork tenderloin that was unusually cooked in big portions rather than thin slices and it was tough. The asparragus risotto was delicious! Thank you! We will keep coming to Kensington and many other branches.

The on line booking system worked well and was easy .The staff were very friendly and welcoming and gave us the table my guests prefer and usually have. The food was really delicious and the service of the starters and main courses quick. The coffee ordered was much slower to come but by this time the restaurant was much busier. I paid at reception to save time which went smoothly. I considered that, in view of the location of the restaurant and quality of food, it was exceptional value for money. My overall impression is of delightful staff and delicious food and I will look forward to further visits.

We always eat in a Cote restaurant when in London. This branch was close to the Royal Albert Hall and was perfect for a pre concert meal. We were greeted by Alberto who was extremely friendly and courteous. The food was excellent as usual and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. We will definitely visit again.

On this occasion service excellent but food not as good as usual. The moules mariniere were very poor indeed and when I said so nothing was done. Why ask one if the reply is ignored? The noise level was rather high as well so talking was difficult. This is not one of the best Cotes.

I had booked a table several days before the planned dining (3 weeks ahead) - and on the day my husband went to the restourant in person to ensure we have a windowtable we like very much. When I arrived to the restaurant at the reserved time, the receptionist said that unfortunately our table had been taken by another couple. I asked to use a similar table which was free at the time, but the receptionist said it is reserved for somebody else. I was offered a table in the back of the restaurant but I said we do not like it there (too dark) and that we had booked a table from the front. I said I will wait for my husband to arrive (waited outside as was not offered a table). My husband came and he enquired about our table. He was told it is taken by others. The receptionist said "my bad". We were really dissapointed as had booked the table so early to ensure we can dine nicely on our anniversary. We ended up leaving to another restaurant. This used to be our regular restaurant - we came at least once a week and have celebrated all our anniversaries there. The staff has changed recently and the customer service has gone from 10 to 0.

This is the best restaurant I have been to in Kensington by far. The ambience is wonderful but even more fantastic is the welcoming staff and management whom always make every effort to make it a evening to remember. I have to take a moment to mention our waiter Carlos who apparently was on his first night with his own tables and what an amazing job he did. His attentiveness and service was second to none he is a great asset to your spectacular restaurant. I look forward to my next visit this weekend, thank you.
