Excellent, first time here and brought three friends who were equally delighted at the standard of food and the service. We will come again definitely.

mgmt always graciously accommodates issues very well. I was disappointed they changed the haddock Aug 1st. that and French onion soup were my favorites and they're both gone. so may not go back for awhile.

Have used this place several times before 10 min walk to Albert Hall. Staff very friendly and food good but its very busy and the tables are close together

Ok service as despite it being quiet we still had to flag the waiters attention. Ok for food but nothing amazing. If you're hungry for breakfast order sides as the standard dishes aren't that big.

The three of us enjoyed our evening at Cote. The staff were very patient as I am sure we must have outstayed our welcome. Will be back!!

All was good. The food was good. The service was good. They made a mistake in our bill but quickly corrected it without any fuss.

Lovely early meal before a show at the RAH. Excellent service. Would've been a 6 but the Haddock I ordered was a little dry/over cooked.

The food is up to Cote's normal high standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This restaurant is in an ideal location for a meal before going to the Royal Albert Hall.

Wonderful food and staff as always, only criticism is we had booked a round table and were not given one however as soon as I mentioned this we were moved to a round one.

The food was absolutely delicious and cooked extremely well-especially the steaks. The staff were charming, especially our smiley waiter. Extremely good value. We will certainly be back!

Great food as always - plentiful gluten free menu - service was however really slow and I had to get up and go and get the waiter to order ( twice!)

Friendly and professional staff, good atmosphere and good food - all of my group of 8 had a very enjoyable time. The lunch/early evening especially is excellent value.

Incredible food - the taste and the portion size was very good. (I was worried I would get basically no steak tartare and more bread but actually you get a very generous amount it's great! Impeccable service - all the staff were so kind! Honestly cannot fault this place!! Great atmosphere and not noisy but not so quiet you feel awkward speaking - I'm giving them a 6 on the noise because I don't want this review to be put down!!

The usual remarkable food/price combination at the Cote chain. Gluten free choice as ever from almost anything on the non GF menu. Wine somewhat overpriced but overall package very reasonable and very friendly service

What excellent service! So charming and helpful and accommodating. I know the Cote chain well, so am aware of the general standard, quality, price etc., which is at very good level bistro-type food. But the staff went out of their way to be helpful, amusing and charming to make a re-union with school friends special. Well done!

I adore this place . It's really my go to place in Kensington.

Had a lovely set lunch, very reasonably priced, food was very nice. There were 3 of us eating and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was very good, it was a lovely day and managed to get a table outside. Tucked away off just off Ken High St, would recommend.

Great food - delicious gluten free options I am a regular at this restaurant and the food never disappoints Always busy, as you would expect from a London reasonably price Restaurant

The servers erred with the dessert order and brought the wrong dessert; then when the proper dessert arrived, the decorative mint was moldy and brown. The complementary wine was included on the invoice, so we had to request to have it removed, which was awkward.

Great restaurant, as always. The food is reliable (and hot) and the service is efficient and friendly. The wine prices are sensible too. I'm a fan. We're going to Cote Covent Garden on Wednesday 16th August – I hope it's as good.

Excellent. Outside table.....keen service and good food. And economical into the bargain. We think there's an issue with a sniffy odour in the far service area externally which needs to be sorted. Most enjoyable meal as usual

Excellent food but service unusually offhand and somewhat "couldn't care less" on part of particular waiter. Not up to standard one expects from Cote restaurants.

The food, service and ambience were all excellent. The staff were very attentive. Overall an extremely pleasant experience. We would definitely dine there again when next in that area of London.

This is our favored place both for lunch and dinner. We come there often and know most of the staff by name. Great atmosphere, most of the time many people. We admire the quality and taste of their dishes, the attention to detail (e.g.: adding a little sprog of tarragon to a salad). We will be back soon.

As always, the food was lovely. The service although very friendly again as is always the case, was erratic and slow. Beers ordered that didn't arrive until prompted. No sauce with the steak until prompted then two solid garlic butter pats brought to the table to melt into the steak. We love Cote and particularly this location, but the staff turnover seems high and therefore service is a little patchy. Definitely would not stop us coming back though!

Service was helpful and quick, and food and drink were both what we were looking for in terms of a pre Proms meal. Vegetarian options seemed to be rather limited.

We had the set menu yesterday. Less choice for people who are gluten free or vegetarian this month which made it more difficult than usual

Although extremely busy as this Kensington restaurant always is, we were greeted by a very friendly, helpful male member of staff. There was no availability outside but he gave us a table inside by an open window. Waiter was knowledgeable if a little over-enthusiastic in offering extras such as olives, etc.! All in all, usual high standard maintained. Only comment :the week-end menu rather limited.

It was the first time I chose a different Cote to see if the meals taste the same like the ones near St Paul's. The service is really great, staffs are very friendly. The environment is pleasant. I tried the set menu. The soup is lovely. The seabrem is nice with vegetables underneath. I have to say the veggies were a bit salty. I have to drink lots water. Then we had coffee. I would say it's nice to eat in Cote and I will go back again.

Set menu great as always. Just unfortunate that we were ignored for over half an hour after we had finished our mains - several waiters continued to walk past us for at least half an hour without enquiring whether we wanted a dessert/anything else to drink even though the restaurant was fairly empty. Not the service we are used to from Côte.

I am a huge côte fan!! The Kensington one is great, good food, good staff! Please keep veal escalope on the PERMANENT menu! It's one of the best dishes

Each time in London my wife and I always have a meal here because the food is exceptionally good. The service is friendly and professional.

Excellent lunch spot, great menu with lots of cant miss items and unbelievable desserts! The lunch specials are also very affordable while the food quality is superb!

Excellent food,service and value for money. I was pleased that I had booked as it was very busy- always a good sign.I have been to other Cote restaurants and I think was the best.

Booked early as we had a concert at Albert hall,waited about 15-20 mins to be served, had to call waitress back to place order, wine took about another 15 mins to arrive glasses came in stages and then followed by wine about 5 mins later. Food took another 10 mins and had to keep Reminding re food, customers arriving after us served before us! In the end didn't enjoy food , which was lovely .... as we were rushing to get to concert, understand was busy as local to Albert Hall, but this should now be the norm and strategy out in place as service was chaotic. Lovely food and venue but not pre concert.

Booked on-line the night before as not familiar with places local to Kensington Palace. With a 3 year old in the group it's necessary to know there's a kids menu on offer, and that it's also good for grown ups. Staff were brilliant from as soon as we arrived - took the buggy from me, asked my daughter her name and what she was doing for the day, and chatted directly to her every time they came to the table. Food and service all really good, and will definitely be going back. Thank you

Food tasted good but one dish had to be returned as it was completely cold. Had to chase for salad. Waiter was great but staff barely able to cope with pre-theatre demand. Would return for the food but not when restaurant was so busy.

Food was excellent as usual, service was also very good. The restaurant was packed, lovely atmosphere. I would definitely go there again. It was the first time for my friend, and he enjoyed it tremendously.
