Excellent food, ambience and service - as always. The staff go out of their way to ensure you have an excellent experience and as a regular I can vouch that they never disappoint!

Dining experience was generally fine, as usual - good tasty food and careful helpful service. But it was very noisy, with muzak on the high side.

Reliable as ever. Good range of food and wines at reasonable prices. What's not to like? The duck was excellent, although my wife's steak was a little bit fatty. Still tasty though.

Love cote brasserie ...visited quite a few, always have a good meal. The deals are excellent value for money. Always recommend to friends for lunch dinner or pre theatre. 😊

Food and service were excellent. Good ambiance too. We were lucky to have a "quiet" table so we could hear ourselves speaking without shouting. Cote restaurants do tend to be slightly noisy!

We had dinner at Cote Kensington. Good food at reasonable prices, friendly service. Perfect for families or any occasion. Would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Cote Kensington is a lovely restaurant, quite cosy feeling compared to some of the other Cotes. There is a small but pleasant outdoor seating area situated down a small cobbled street off the busy main Kensington High Street. Service is always pleasant and the food does not disappoint, I would recommend it for a meal or a drink anytime of the day.

We had Great service A new waitress with a great smile & a very Nice meal as always ! I have been a Customer for many years , never had a bad meal in any of The cotes

The food was good and the atmosphere of the restaurant is always comfortable. You can walk into Cote wearing a ball gown or jeans and it's fine.

Having cancelled the Ivy Kensington Brasserie because they apparently could not squeeze one more onto our table for 6, we were warmly welcomed at Cote Bistro. Good service, very good food and extremely good value.

Excellent food, and even better service. The new pudding, the crepe filled with chocolate and served with caramel banana was to die for!. I have always loved this branch of cote best and yesterday didn't disappoint.

Great manager very accommodating good service nice food a bit hot at the back and a few fruit flies but I think it’s the season

As reliable as usual and the same good value. A Sunday visit can be a little hit or miss as if very busy as it can be on a weekend lunchtime then the service can be come a little erratic but today excellent.

Although, unusually, there was a problem with one of our main courses, this was quickly put right by the attentive staff. So, usual high standards of food at a reasonable price -and even better value if you eat early off the set price menu- and slick service. Looking forward to returning when next in the locality.

Very good all round. Can’t fault it. Very pleasant, helpful staff and good food. Côte is consistently good and particularly impressed with the vegetarian menu.

Very good food , at good price , deal in effect until 19:00. Can choose between 2-3 dishes ( Starter, main, desert). Friendly stuff and srevice.

Food was served cold and we had to wait ages for it to be reheated in oven, bybwhich time the lamb was over cooked. No real apology or acknowledgement of this.

Cote has never failed to live up to expectations. The service is always polished and friendly and they have great value menus before 7pm. Would go again for sure.

Had a lovely meal just before going to the RAH. Staff very attentive. Enjoyed the food and wine which was reasonably priced - have booked to go again next month to their branch in St Christopher's Place. We arrived very early so was quite quiet but still very nice. I have been there on other occasions where its quite lively.

The meal came with a free bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, which was much enjoyed. However, to qualify for the free bottle we had to order from the a la carte menu instead of the usual prix fixe menu, so it ended up costing the same as when we have to pay for the wine! However, a very good meal and good service.

Food as always was excellent as was the bottle of Viognier. We had a very good table just inside the main section of the restaurant with a good view of the the other diners. The service , as usual , was impressive

Friendly staff and food was excellent. Busy Sunday but the staff managed to find a table where my 91 year old Mother-in-law could sit comfortably and a place for her stroller so it wasn't in any ones way making it all stress free.

The food was delicious as usual and very competitively priced, especially with our loyalty card. They always bring a free bottle of filtered water without being asked and service very efficient. Great evening.

Nice breakfast in pleasant surroundings. The service was pretty good and for London it was fairly quiet as a location so might well return again.

The food was excellent, however a couple of the waiters were not sure of their job and what they were doing. Also, our waiter charged us for a soda water which we didn't order (we were able to cancel this from the bill), but I think the waiters should be trained to provide an adequate service.

Good table, service, atmosphere and my friends' food was delicious. I unfortunately chose the October special of baked haddock, which tasted of absolutely nothing. A bland slab of white flakes which would put anyone off eating fish ever again if they didn't know how good some fish can taste. A pity because the rest was lovely (squid, duck, seabass, artichoke)

Great service and quick food delivery on a very busy and full restaurant on a Friday evening. We had to get to a Concert at the Albert Hall so was very glad it turned out so good.

very busy and waiters were dropping lots of things. We waited quite a while for our starters but then main came only 5 minutes after we finished- would have liked a bit more time between courses. Waiter was lovely, despite card reader not working and having to find another machine to take our payment.

This was the 4th Cote I have visited in the last few months. Love the menu, love the prices, love the food and , by and large, the staff. BUT the service has been slow. Today at the Kensington Cote for a pre concert lunch all going well but slowly my guest had ordered a pudding and I paid to allow a fast exit. However 20 minute after ordering© the pudding it still had not arrived. We had to leave. I mentioned this to the lady manager who apologised profusely and generously refunded the cost of the pudding. However my guest is till mourning the lack of his pudding

Glad that we had pre-booked our table as they were extremely busy. Because of this, I thought we would have a bit of a wait for our food but was pleasantly surprised that it came out within 20 minutes. Lovely tasty meal with great atmosphere

Great food, something for all tastes, portions just right, service prompt and with a smile, very reasonable wine prices and set meal choices. It was busy, which was a good sign, but not noisy. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant, particularly for a casual meal out.

Service was very slow. The restaurant was really warm and the food adequate at best. I had invited out of town visitors and expected it to be much better. Overall very disappointed.

We enjoyed the set lunch (3 courses) which was excellent value at £13.50 with plenty of choice even for those of us who ate gluten free. The restaurant is made to look bigger thsn it is with clever use of mirrors. We were placed very close to the entrance to the kitchen on a table which had the feel of being in a corridor. If it was not for that we would give it top marks. Service was helpful and efficient.

This is one of my favourite Cote restaurants - the food as always was very good - very nice autumn salad and delicious fishcake with spinach and properly cooked soft poached egg. The set menu is perfect before a play or concert.

It was an excellent dinner and being greeted by my favorite Côte employees was also enjoyable. The staff is so personable I can't help but continue to return. That nice gesture of giving us a complimentary bottle of wine topped off a wonderful dining experience. I will not hesitate to return to London and visit Côte again!

Attentive and friendly staff, great service, superb food and a very nice location. Highly recommended! We ate at 5.30 on a Tuesday before a show at the Royal Albert Hall.

The service was OK but not as expected while the food was very good. Being a busy restaurant, some delay in delivering orders is expected but no neglect is accepted. Unfortunately, that is what happened as an order was forgotten completely. The noise made by the waiters was more than necessary (like when filling the buckets with ice cubes at around 4 pm, or relocating tables and chairs around that time as well. This could have been made in a much quieter mode of work without the need to be so insensitive to customers who were still sitting, trying to enjoy their time there.

On a previous visit the service was way better. One of the waiters on the later shift started arguing with a waitress. The service was poor and we could not get the bill I asked 4 times and it took at least 10 minutes.

Friendly service, good food and nice atmosphere. I would recommend to others for a business dinner. Staff very accommodating to ensure our needs were satisfied.

South ken is a really nice cote friendly staff nice atmosphere and the food was great as ever we will definitely return soon for dinner
