I love this restaurant! Great staff delicious food lovely atmosphere We arrived at 10pm ( late) and were served inmediately even thiugh the restaurant was full ( and buzzing) I am a regular here

Excellent menu at great prices! Friendly staff! I have been several times with different friends and all of them liked the place, food and ambiance!

Welcoming staff. Waitress knowledgeable about wine. The steak was cooked to perfection (the three of us wanted it cooked three different ways and this was no trouble).

Very busy but plenty of staff to cope with the pre theatre (Albert Hall) dinner. Portion size small but very tasty. Ideally located for dinner before visiting Albert Hall.

The staff were very efficient and friendly. The food was of a high quality. A bit pushy trying to sell extra items, but I am sure that is part of the business.

Such a nice experience we were a party of 7 and were booked in for a meal before a concert at the Albert Hall and as usual Côte were amazing. Excellent food and service, were early but were able to be seated and have a leisurely drink before ordering. Food arrived in timely order and was very good. Definitely recommend Côte.

Food was good as always but service not too good! My husband had received and finished his starter while I waited for mine to arrive, I had just ordered bread so I couldn’t understand the hold up. Another five or ten minutes passed and we were served our mains, we started eating then the waiter arrived with my starter!! He seemed surprised when I said I no longer wanted it. As a gesture of goodwill they deducted both starters from the bill but that didn’t stop me feeling hungry and annoyed for the first 45 minutes of our visit. And they still charged 12.5% Service Charge!

Another very enjoyable lunch. Had their November Specials of Boudin Noir followed by Cassoulet. Bothe very tasty, Service was good, and happy to recommend this restuarant

We were given a poor table, we had poor service and felt forgotten about. My meal was cold when it arrived, had to send it back, we have eaten here many times before and at lots of different Cote Brasseries and always had a good time, this was definitely the worst Cote Brasserie experience we have had

We always book here for a pre concert dinner. This time there was a problem with my food, which wasn't very good, so they offered me something, which was fine. They also made an adjustment to the bill. All in all, it was dealt with very well and I would not hesitate in going back again. The atmosphere is always lovely and generally the food is great. Also, close to the Royal Albert Hall so handy if you're going there afterwards.

Great food and service. Evening was partly spoiled by loud music. Why??? When eventually it got turned down a cheer went up from many customers. Is it a company rule or local choice?

A delightful experience. Even tho we didn’t get the requested corner table, the table against the wall was fine. Delicious food. Bright and upbeat service, especially from Silvia and Daniele. Will return soon.

As always service very good and made very welcome on arrival. The Kensington Cote has a good vibe and atmosphere and is always a pleasure to visit.

Service was slow, but the restaurant was very busy. The food was good when it came. Luckily we had allowed a lot of time to eat before going to the Royal Albert Hall for a performance.

The lunch was delicious as always and the service excellent. It is always good at Cote Kensington which is why I always go there with my friends.

Food cold and sent back. Had to wait too long for a second coffee. Too few staff at 10am Service recovery was offered and accepted. Not upto usual Côte standard

Delicious food and delightful unobtrusive but helpful waiter. Great value. This restaurant never fails to please. Yes, it’s a formula but it’s a formula which works. The food is what I’d call “comfort” food (the kind one longs for on a cold autumn day), the service is seamless and the staff are always very obliging. A recipe for success I’d say.

Although the food at Cote is consistently good Kensington is is not their best outlet by any means. Wrong wine brought, wrong wine charged for and the bill wrong and the speed with which this was corrected not acceptable. They need to try harder here and it would be better if their staff did not seem to change so often. Today at lunch they needed more of them as well.

Went there Monday evening for a quick bite before a show at the RAH. Shown to a table at the front in the window but think we may have been forgotten because the waiter took forever to take our order and when the food arrived it was luke-warm at best. Shame really because the food itself was excellent quality and tasted lovely - just needed to be hotter! The manageress was extremely apologetic and did a great job but I found the waiter to be surly and rushed and just not interested...not sure I'd return in a hurry...

Amazing food and waiters and waitresses where attemtive and eye for detail would definitely visit cote in kensington again it was nice to visit some where that had great food

Cosy but spacious resaturant. Excellent well priced menu especially if you get the pre 7pm menu. Attentive and efficient staff. Well placed for Royal Albert Hall.

Despite Cote Kensington being always busy at lunchtime, the service we receive is always good. The food is good and as a local business we go to Cote regularly.

I adore Cote . My go to place in London and Glasgow. Good consistent fare and service. Boudin Noire is beyond. Great value. Cote rewards program rocks.

I requested, if possible, to be seated at the front section but when I arrived my friend was placed in the middle section. When asked we were moved to the front section. However, the Birthday treat of 2 drinks was only given to me because the champagne which my friend had ordered before I arrived was put on the bill and she never received her free drink. I suppose I should have mentioned this fact at the time.

I’m never disappointed at Côte. The food, the staff, the attention are always spot on. I look forward to searching out other locations in the London area and beyond. Thank you for always being consistent. P.S. Where did Charlotte go?

We had a great meal at Cote Bistro. Two in our party have Coeliac disease so finding a safe place to eat is challenging. The menu was extremely diverse and, unlike most restaurants that might have just a few gluten free options, there were loads here - including some of our favorites that we frequently have to go without since restaurants don't usually do a gluten free option - like frites (made in a dedicated fryer) and french onion soup. The staff fully understood the food allergy and knew exactly what to do to prepare it safely and all the gluten free items came out with a little gluten flag so we knew it was safe. The other two in our party do not have a food allergy and they had really good meals as well. Plenty of yummy dessert options. Service was friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was lively and fun. The only reason i didn't give it a 6 is that while the food was very good, it wasn't exceptional and that's what it would take for me to give it a 6!

Food was Lovely. Feel service could have been better as tip is included in bill. Was waiting longer then I would have liked for service.

Always a treat to dine at Côte Kensington! Food is delicious and is a great value no matter which menu you order from. Staff are wonderful too! I am in Lonfon once or twice a week and I always try to dine here once every 2 weeks.

I went for lunch last Friday. The restaurant was very crowded and noisy. The waiter seemed fed up and not very good. The food was ok. The fish cake had large pieces of potato and not much fish. I must say I was disappointed. Not one of my favourite Cote restaurants!

The thing about Cote is that you pretty much know you'll get a consistent experience, with nice food, good service and great value, all in a welcoming environment.

Cote Kensington is indicative of the friendly service and good food found across the Cote chain. It's smaller than some and can be noisy, and if busy can feel a little cramped but all in all a good experience.

Good French brasserie food in a cosy and elegant environment, also a great location in London, perfect for a family meal together with a Sunday shopping.

Very good overall. Staff was not aware about the fact I had booked though the loyalty programme. I would suggest they are made aware automatically
