The usual excellent, food, service and value from Cote. Fish Parmentier is my all time favourite and never changes thank goodness. All the waiting staff were charming. Plus a surprise complimentary French Martini with a twist which we would definitely have next time. Thank you Cote!

I love going to Cote. Their consistently imaginative menus and delicious food are an ongoing treat; month on month, there is something to satisfy everyone, and the service is very good as well. I can’t eat everything on the menu, due to a medical condition, but the staff are always understanding and will help to make every dining experience an enjoyable occasion. I would recommend this chain of restaurants to anyone.

Another very good pre-concert meal. Prompt, courteous service with good food in a pleasant ambience. The early evening menu has a perfectly satisfactory selection of dishes for a quick meal and represents good value.

Lovely welcome, prompt service and good attention to allergies. They forgot the side dishes, though and so did we until it was too late! Food: excellent.

We went late afternoon/ early evening so we're able to have the set menu. The choices were quite good, although it is always annoying when the main dish comes with, say, no carbohydrate or just carbohydrate, so doesn't feel complete without another side order. The water was warm unfortunately.

My visits to this branch of Cote Brasserie are usually a prelude to a visit to the Proms so a quick dinner before I dash off again to be at the RAH on time is essential. As always the staff are quick, efficient and obliging. The meal is good value for money too.

Greeted with huge warmth and looked after with humour and much thoughtful kindness. Food good. Fortunately we grabbed a table by the only open window at the front, as this restaurant is horribly hot in summer. I simply do not come here in the summer because it is like a sauna in the main room: this boiling summer must have been awful. I have reviewed and commented on this before. Air conditioning desperately needed, or at least electric fans at each table. Heaven knows how the staff cope in that stifling, stuffy heat. The staff are unfailingly charming and attentive when by rights they should all be at the door breathing some cool air.

This Cote is always good, very welcoming, and good about finding me a quiet table where one of my guests, who is hard of hearing, can manage. The service is always efficient, friendly and helpful and you are never rushed. Food, as always, very good value, especially with the set menus.

A very conveniently located restaurant. Great food and excellent service. The fish was particularly good and the wine very drinkable. Felt very comfortable and unrushed. Recommended.

Guests were offered parmesan to add to their risottos. They affirmed that they would like some but only after 3 reminders did it finally arrive. This was very poor service.

The food was as good as ever and as unusually it was far from busy the service was excellent as well although I do wish they would train their staff not to interrupt one when in conversation to ask how everything is. They will hear if there is a problem and it would be better if they did not cause one! The value (prix qualite) remains excellent and even their wines reasonably priced. Do not alter anything.

One of the desserts was charged on the bill, even though it had been returned as it was not correct. Two desserts were incorrectly served. However, the errors were soon rectified

Mostly good food but very erratic service with lots of avoiding eye contact from over worked waiters and a delay in delivering much promised desert which eventually had to be abandoned. We’re fans of Cote but this was not it’s finest hour!

It was very pleasant sitting at a table outside at Cote when we eventually managed to get one outside. My friend had the steak frites and her meat was very tough. However the staff were very attentive and insisted on cooking her a second one which was slightly better! My Breton fish stew was delicious.

Nice comfortable restaurant located conveniently near to the Royal Albert Hall so great for a quick meal before a concert. Perfect for this are the plats rapides which are served a few minutes after ordering. Other lovely menu choices too.

We have been regular sevisitors to Côte for some years. Usually very satisfied. This time we felt badly treated. Several items we wanted to order were not available and the staff seemed to think this was a joke, rather than suggest alternatives. It was difficult to get the staff’s attention. Hopefully this was an isolated incident, but we shall not go to Côte Kensington again.

We have enjoyed excellent food, good service and unfortunately a bit expensive drinks. Beware of the offer for bread and some olives, because they will charge you 5.30 Pounds for it.

Pre-theatre set menu. They had run out of Crème Caramel - serious for a Cote since it is their most popular dessert. Napkin was neatly presented but with a large stain inside - replaced promptly with apologies. Otherwise a nicely presented meal with friendly and competent service. Affordable champagne by the glass too (with plenty of bubbles).

Just wanted to say thank you to Cote Kensington. Without going into too much detail, we had planned a nice family meal and ended up making my first ever 999 call. We had a scary evening, but we are really really grateful to Cote staff for being decent, kind people.

First class food (we had the Sunday special menu) which was beautifully cooked and excellent service which was helpful as we were on our way home after a lovely Prom Concert at the RAH. We were seated towards the back of the restaurant which was a little noisy and quite warm so we might try and sit nearer the front door if we were to go again. A good experience in all though.

Fast and friendly service, good food and reasonable prices. We went at 5pm before going to the Royal Albert Hall, and I think this was an ideal arrangement.
