Total failure to meet City lunchtime demand. After a 1hr wait my colleague had already left and - when it did arrive - my food was cold when I ate alone.

Tried the new Cote restaurant on Old Jewry in Bank. The whole experience was great. The food was of a high standard and the service was fantastic. Thank you.

What a lovely experience at Cote - my first time there. Was greeted with a complimentary glass of sparkling rose. Meal was great - had the meal deal and it was very good value for money. Have already booked to go again !

Good food but great value for money. Great atmosphere in restaurant and staff were attentive and quick to service, food served very quickly which helped for a working lunch.

Great food, service was great and food came quite quickly when ordered. Nice atmosphere and not too noisy - at 8am was good for our business breakfast meeting.

Lovely food, venue and staff very nice but getting food took ages. Not great when on a lunch break. Will definitely go back but give more time to eat.

Absolutely fabulous service and the food was fresh and tasty. Cote Bank is now my favourite restaurant in the area and I shall certainly be returning very soon.

What a great restaurant. Perfect service, super bread, fantastic beef tartare, wonderful Rose wine but all topped by the beautiful flavours of the Breton Fish Stew. We cannot fault it in any way and only recommend this. Prices are fair and portions are generous. A treat on all fronts indeed ! Thank you for a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back !!

A delightful early evening meal with friends. A warm welcome, friendly service, reasonably priced food and wine of good quality. An enjoyable experience and I'm sure we'd all be more than happy to return.

Fantastic staff, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Great surroundings, not over cramped like many central London restaurants. Good menu and great value. What’s not to be happy about!

The restaurant still smells new when you walk in. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We had one of the set lunch menus and it was great value. My only request would be that you add fresh oysters to the menu, as it's strange to be in a French restaurant and not see them on there.

Very impressed with the newly opened Bank restaurant. Food was excellent with good choice and various lunch menu options. Served promptly and efficiently. Will return in the future for sure.

I have been to a few Côte Brasseries and the Bank Brasserie wins hands down for restaurant ambiance, staff attentiveness, service and food. First rate!

We spent a wonderful Saturday evening with friends here. Highly recommended. The food was excellent and the service 5 star. Located very close to Bank tube, we will certainly come back soon.

We had a lovely lunch at Cote, the staff especially Vincenzo and Svetos were very helpful and friendly and they carefully checked that my menu options were suitable for my gluten intolerance. The food was beautifully prepared and delicious, and the restaurant itself is also lovely. I look forward to another visit!

Great lunch, the starter and main were excellent , disappointing the cheese board did not come with water biscuits/crackers, a cheese board should be served with butter and crackers.

We had aery pleasant experience at Cote. The good was very nice indeed and the staff were superb. All very polite and helpful and topped our wine. However, the waiting time was not so good. We had ordered our food by 1:10 and it did not arrive until 1:45 and we had to be back at work at 2pm. Luckily our office is just behind your restaurant and we did get a small discount in respect of this waiting time which was very much appreciated. The food was excellent and the ambiance of the place and the staff were all very cheerful, helpful and polite. We all agreed Cote Brasserie was definitely going to be a pay day treat for us all every month - thank you!

Had an excellent Set Menu. Plenty of choice and flavour. Pork was brilliant.Staff were very attentive and helpful. Would certainly go back for early evening meal as great value.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was amazing, the waitress (Miloara) was amazing, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, and all the staff we had contact with were excellent. Food is so average - a lot of use of Microwave - Pancetta in the mussels was cremated - we waited 30mins for bread we ordered - staff were good

I celebrated my birthday at Côte Brasserie - Bank and we were made so welcome. I did send a message when booking the table that it was my birthday celebration. - Upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink and later three staff came with a dessert and candle singing happy birthday - All such unexpected and lovely surprise. The staff were most helpful and attentive throughout the evening. Thank you for making this celebration such a lovely affair.

This is the second time in a week I have visited and the food and service was great. Just a bit chilli in the restaurant with the door open. Would definitely recommend.

New restaurant near Bank. Lovely decor, food was great as it usually is at other Côte restaurants and service was good. Only thing was that we were sitting by the entrance and as the curtains by the entrance weren’t closed, every time someone came in, we would get a cold breeze.

Pleasant surroundings & staff very polite & attentive..the food order arrived very prompt & was most tasty .over all a very relaxing & enjoyable experience.i look forward to my next visit

Very well priced food and lovely ambiance at the Bank restaurant. Only slight suggestion is not to over salt the chicken and steaks and let the customer do this to their taste.

Overall good and would go again. Service was particularly good. But I've been feeling a bit off all day after ordering the cod goujons - only reason for not giving a higher score. Also had the special cocktail so maybe it was the egg in the drink? Either way not ideal.

Really nice Atmosphere - chilled, relaxed, wasn't too noisy like most places. High ceiling. Service was really good, waiter was exceptional. Highly recommend As always, Food is lovely.

An early morning breakfast meeting. The service was good and unobtrusive. The food was good and reasonably priced. We were to the side of the restaurant so the noise level was acceptable and had no problem in listening to the people at the table.

Lovely venue but staff a bit slow. When we asked for the bill the waiter carried on folding napkins for later. They need to be a bit more proactive. But the food was lovely

Excellent food and well priced but slightly over attentive (probably a good thing!) staff. We were asked about four times by three seperate waiter/esses how much we were enjoying the food which is all very well but slightly annoying when they interrupt your conversation.
