Felt waiter was rushing us the whole time. Such a shame
Really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere but the restaurant was very cold and we both had to put our coats on. Also it would have been nice to have some signs of the Diwali festival which was celebrated in many places this weekend.
Friendly and welcoming staff and delicious food, love this place
When we arrived we weren't on the booking sheet, apparently this is constant with Quandoo. The food was excellent as always but on a busy Saturday evening the staff were overwhelmed, we know this is a constant headache all over the country, wherever we go there are always vacancies for staff. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and have booked a table next month when we next visit the capital.
Food was great. Everyone must try the fried gourd and onion salad. The waiter was amazingly friendly without being intrusive. And we finished it all off with tea in these beautiful teapots. A MUST GO.
great staff! very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Will visit again!
Returning to Cinnamon Bazaar for the second time. Great spot before a show. Very friendly staff and amazing food!
Really tasty Indian food, great and fast service. Lovely authentic ambience
The food was lacking in flavour and spice. It was disappointing since we were looking for a more creative approach to Indian cuisine. I would not recommend.
Enjoyed our meal, tried some dishes that were new to us. Good service
It was ok. Food was look warm. Service slow and there are only two female loos so a bit if a queue. Won’t be going back
The food was amazing, the staff were brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable. Can't remember when I enjoyed a better meal at an Indian restaurant.
Lovely as always. Cinnamon Bazaar offers a great food and atmosphere, and one of my favourite masala chais. What would be good to improve is the noise level and size of the tables – they are quite small for sharing plates.
We loved the food a lot and the service was wonderful. Our waiter gave us great recommendations and the ambiance was great. We would definitely come back next time we’re in London and will recommend to others.
Lovely place great food but it was a bit noisy with the DJ playing
The food and service are always good and excellent value for money. The atmosphere and decor have room for improvement although they are passable but not really good enough for the Cinnamon Brand
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for about 5 years. The food is wonderful. The service has been going down hill though, tonight (23 April 2024) it was quite poor. Had to remind the staff that we’d ordered drinks, had to send back an incorrect drink, had to ask twice for the bill. Need to pull your socks up and sharpen your pencils.
Food is great. Although belly pork was Luke warm, taste was amazing. Upon request, staff warmed the belly pork up. Paneer was absolutely yummy. Biryani also good, quite spicy.
The food was fantastic. Had a lovely afternoon tea. Love the decore.
Very good food and reasonable price. Will come next time
Sometimes a place has a magical mix of excellent service, unbelievably delicious dishes and ambience. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Each dish was better than the previous one. There was nothing among the several dishes we ordered that was less than exceptional. I will be longing for the shepherds pie again. The desserts and coffee continued the delight that was our meal. Anna and staff were phenomenal.
We had a great time particularly as we were a bit pushed on time so as to get to a show
Okay - so we arrived 10 mins late. but then we were given water, waited 10 minutes for a menu, waited 30 minutes to get order taken (after we asked), no drinks menu, waited 20 minutes for drinks after we ordered. Food was served well, but had to ask for more cutlery. When we finished, one plate was cleared but no others. Given 2 desert menus on a table for 6 people. Waited 20 minutes, but no one cam back to take an order. Asked for the bill and left. Great food - terrible terrible service. Manager should be ashamed - spoils a great restaurant
Had the set menu. Good value and really tasty! Bellini yummy too.
The food and atmosphere was good but it has been better on previous visits.
Nice little Indian restaurant with good service. Suitable for friends or colleagues lunch.
Loved the food! Great service. Good atmosphere. Enjoyed it so much that I want to go back before I leave London in a few days.
Very enjoyable. The food was very tasty and goes beyond standard Indian fare. Service was very good. Space is tight and atmosphere is lively.
Good. And different food. good service. Nothing not to like. Wonderful
Good and service was fantastic! Highly recommend. Must try the Shepard’s pie
Quick service. Great food except the kofta main course which was way too sweet to be on the indian main course menu.
Excel ten good, great atmosphere, nice local. I wil come back soon
Poor customer service and food is not all that. Definitely would not recommend
Excellent service. Authentic tasty food. Also upstairs was quieter and we were able to talk easily!
nice ambience , attentive service but the food was mediochre
Really good food and good service. Everyone was very pleased and said how nice it was.
Too expensive for what it is. The food is average, if that. Our waiter was sick and sniffing the whole time over our food. They rushed us to leave even though our allocated time for the table was not up. :(
Not enough options for vegetarians in the set menu. Lovely atmosphere and decor.
Absolutely delicious dishes !!! This was my second time at CB, and loved it again. Will definitely be back with more friends. Loved the chicken & cheese naan :)
Lovely staff (especially Dominic) and great food - the Rogan Josh shepherds pie is famous for a reason!
Good variety in the menu.. much more than other Indian restaurants in the area have to offer.. taste is good as well.. ambience simple and quiet..
The food was excellent, service very efficient and I loved the decorations in the roof! I will definitely recommend this restaurant together with the hot starter for two to share!
Good food, good service in a great location. Will be back!
Superb food, good value for money ! Staff super !! Pretty high noise level unfortunately
The service and food were good. Unfortunately 2 pints of flat beer arrived at the table. Otherwise all good and enjoyed the meal.
Great very kind with kids. Bit spicy but very good good.
It was a birthday meal for my husband and the waiter arranged a dessert with a candle on it as a surprise. It was very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Mediocre. Food was spicy without notice. Service was slow. Chaats tasted all the same. Surprised that this restaurant is recommended in Michelin. Very disappointed overall.
