Great food. Great service. Good value. Some of the dishes left me wanting to come back and eat them again. Champagne choice was limited and rather expensive for a boutique restaurant.

Delicious meal. We had a mix of a la carte and lunch time specials deals and feedback was good across the board. Staff were attentive and very knowledgeable on what was gluten free on the menu.

Very fresh delicious sushi and sashimi. Unfortunately they had run out of fattiest blue fin tuna, and sea urchin, but the lunch sets were extremely tasty and good value for money. Will definitely come again.

Amazing food. Do be adventurous and order more than sushi sashimi. The spinach and rock shrimp salad, the kimchee pork, the tuna tartare eith truffle are just some if the really delicious ad unusual dishes. Not cheap but eorth every penny

We found the food very good as usual but poor service. The waiter kept on forgetting parts of our order. one of the desserts ordered never arrived

Always delicious. Fresh, quality, authentic Japanese food. Love the blackened cod and the gyozo dumplings. And the yellow fin tuna sashimi with ponzu and chilli. Excellent service. Good atmosphere.

First time eating here and we were very impressed with the quality of food and the explainations about the dishes fron the staff. Very freindly team.

Disappointed with this meal at Chisou. Service was chaotic and the food came very slowly and in the wrong order with hot food arriving before sashimi and ginger not arriving until after the sashimi and sushi was finished. We even had wrong dishes delivered and then the right dishes missed out. It's very expensive and on this occasion we were incredibly disappointed and have not been back since.

Our second visit and we would definitely go again. The food is really delicious and the service is lovely - friendly and efficient. Would recommend!

Nice restaurant, calm. Perfect except the fact that it tas impossible to order a coffee just because they said that it was too late and the kitchen was closed. Strange to need a cook for a coffee.

Great neighbourhood restaurant with very good authentic Japanese food served but helpful and enthusiastic staff in a simple and traditional style room. The set menu is good value and many of the dishes have an unusual twist of flavour. I would definitely return.

Amazing food, very fresh sashimi and authentic zaru udon with excellent service. Will come back for sure! Highly recommed to try the yellowtail truffles and mozuku seaweed.

Chisou is a lovely restaurant, with very friendly staff and really tasty food. The atmosphere is relaxed and there's a good selection of interesting food. It's a little pricey, but certainly worth it.

The authentic izakaya experience is great, and the fine selection of Saki makes it even better. Being a reasonably priced gem in the upmarket area makes it a supet reliable spot.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Food was good, the sashimi was fresh, especially the scallops. Wish they didn't run out of the sakes that I wanted. But overall a nice experience.

Great food. Great sake and great service. Disturbed by group of children asking for trick or treat on the table inside the restaurant, not even halloween night yet, bit disappointed the restaurant allows such behaviour to their patrons.

Great food in exclusive location. We had sushi, gyoza, black cod and wagyu beef. Would recommend all of those. Service was friendly, although a little slow with refilling green tea. The food arrived quickly.

Food was amazing, we have been there loads of times and every time we have been its been the same food and the atmosphere was also great. Highly recommended.

This was a first time for us to visit the restaurant. The atmosphere was cosy with good services. We could enjoy truly Japanese style dishes.

Their sushi is fresh and melts in your mouth. My husband and I have been going here for 5 years now. It is one of our all time favourites. The menu and the saki selections are amazing!

Excellent food and service. We asked for recommendations on food and sake from the manager and the choices were delicious! My friend who is from Japan even approved the quality of the food. Worth going back.

The food is wonderful, especially the sashimi selection and the grilled mackerel. The sake menu is likewise good. Service was excellent with the staff always on hand without being intrusive.

Food was lovely but it took ages for us to get it. When we finished, we were looking to order more sushi and were told that it would be another long wait if we ordered so ended up leaving hungry. The prices are a bit steep considering the lack of service.

Food was coming on the right time and the service was excellent even though it was a busy night. The environment in the bar upstairs was really nice and quiet where we were able to talk. Definitely will go back!

Nothing memorable. The cooked food, which is good without being innovative, fares better than the sashimi/sushi, which is extremely average in terms of freshness or quality. Pretty good sake list. Y

The restaurant serves traditional Japanese style food. I think that it's really nice for Japanese and non-Japanese people. In terms of vibe and cost performance, Chiso is the best Japanese restaurant in this area.

The food was really excellent, from the raw fish to the cooked dishes. Nothing but praised to give. Tood bad they forgot one of the dessert but beside that, everything was perfect.

The Sashimi there are very fresh! Really remind me about the trip in Japan. Highly recommend the toro sushi! Also the cold soba noodle are very delicious and in very local Japanese style!

Everything is great - the food took a bit too long but they gave us drinks on the house and a free dish to compensate.

Service was terrible. Food came out too quickly and many dishes at once. Quality of fish was poor. Overall a very bad experience . significantly deteriorated since last time eaten there. Definitely not going back.

Good food and very friendly staff. Not too formal and had a very good atmosphere. I am Japanese so I am quite fussy with the quality and presentation of Japanese food, but I was very happy with the restaurant. When they found out we were celebrating my friend's birthday they surprised us with a gorgeous desert plate. We had a lovely birthday dinner. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Absolutely excellent! Food exceptionally tasty and beautifully presented. Staff attentive but not intrusive. Lighting soft and comfortable decor. Not cheap but value for money. Will definitely return.
