Lovely quiet table in private area and all food of excellent quality. Mochi brilliant too. Sushi was superb, melt in the mouth and very fresh.

Delicious food and amazing staff , I go there every Friday with my family and we are always excited before. The price is good and the green tea ice cream is delicious.

Anthentic Japanese food set in a pleasant, serene environment. The sashimi is freshly delivered to them, and cooked dishes of tempura and cod fish were good as well. Service was excellent.

It's real Japanese food in terms mf materials and tast. Staff members are also trained. Interior desigh is good. Also architectural materials are real ones.

Great food. Great ambiance. Enjoyed sashimi, sushi, tempura and to top it all off a sesame ice cream, simply delicious! Highly recommended if you’re in the mood of a truly Japanese cuisine.

Everything, especially the food, was great! The only thing which we didn’t quite like was that the servers were a bit rushed in their manner of serving us. They were very polite but didn’t let us fully enjoy the whole dining experience! Everything else was perfect!

Really yummy food..even thou it is on the expensive side..willing to splurge out on good quality food once in a while.. would recommend it to my friends! Would come again...

The food and the service was impeccable. We were even shown to a more quiet table as there were very loud children at the next table. The thinly cut beef was my favorite and the sashimi quality is very high. Compliments!

We had a good experience. However we were asked if we wanted endamane beans which we declined. Nevertheless they were brought out with the first course. The problem was that we were charged for them and this was never indicated at the outset. Restaurants should never offer diners anything without explaining that there is a charge.

I had a lovely delicious special set lunch of sushi, miso soup and tempura here and my companion had the equally good special sashimi lunch set. Fresh ingredients, well presented dishes, and the service was quick and efficient. Definitely will return, as I think it was good value and a cosy, unpretentious place to eat.

First of all, the service was really attentive. In terms of food, I feel like all soup dishes were a little bit too salty for me. Despite that, everything is perfect - The soba was chewy and bouncy for example.

We went on a recommendation and weren’t disappointed. Excellent service with innovative and traditional Japanese food. The black cod and the Inaho sushi melted in my mouth.

Very friendly staff, the food was good and the sashimi was specifically fresh. Chisou is a small, informal, cosy place to go to for lunch round the corner from Harrods.

Great food, great staff, ordered one dish which i personally did not like (as i missed from the menu which said it was deep fried) they took it off from the bill and didnt charge me. Wagu with foie gras is incredible. Will definitely come back

Good food great service, the waiter was very helpfully will surely come back again and recommend it to others. The only set back was we were in a small room seated next to a very loud group which was annoying. But nothing the restaurant can do about it.

Everything excellent except I thought the Waghyu teriaki beef wasn’t quite up to standard of previous visits . The staff really lovely and all other dishes top notch and will always make it a port of call in London

The lunch menus at Chisou are great, fairly prices and abundant for top quality sushi. For business or pleasure this is one of the best price quality ratio Japanese restaurant you can go to.

A bit pricey but great service, friendly staff and definitely some of the best sushi and sashimi (one of the few restaurants that serve butterfish) I have ever had.

Lovely service and lovely food as always. The horenso salad and the yellowtail with truffle being a particular favourite. Only niggle tuna sashimi slightly too cold and sushi rice a little too soft. Loved the butterfish nigiri.

Food was not particularly tasty and not that fresh tasting - disappointing overall - also quite expensive for what was given would have been happy if it had been good - nothing particularly interesting on menu

Amazing food. One of the best sushi places in town. Try everything on the menu! Favorites are salmon avocado rolls and fatty tuna nigiri. Really amazing

Food was great- though the tempura was lukewarm - and service was perfect. It is a bit noisy especially if you have an uncouth party of eight nearby. But I recommend it.

We had a lovely evening the food was fantastic . I would highly recommend this place . It was fairly priced and they even bought my son a pudding with a candle in as they heard us saying it was his birthday .

Overall food quality is of high standards. The fried tou fu was crispy and not oily. Teriyaki Beef was tasty. The fatty tuna roll was yummy. However service was slow. We waited 10 minutes before someone took our orders.

Very good food, excellent taste and quality. Friendly service albeit sporadic, but would recommend for a low key Japanese meal in a low key classy environment.
