Great mapo tofu. Overpriced as it is in Harrods. My friend and I always enjoy it here during the summer to avoid the heat haha
Excellent food as always - one of my London favorites!
Totally amazing cocktails and food, the very very best Margarita ever and along with the totally exquisite food this is a really real Mexican restaurant , took us right back there.
Food was yummylicious as askways. This time I noticed the staffs are not really enthusiastic about their work. Merely doing their job of taking food orders and serving guests No warmth and from my past experiences at Chai Wu this is a let down
Food hot delicious well prepare and presented. Staff smart and professional
Our favourite restaurant with roast duck speciality . And with a very good service from the staff especially Troy . Missing another good staff , Nancy who has resigned .
Excellent food! Never disappointed - always good quality, good service and excellent choices.
Very tasty food, lovely arrangement and attentive service from staff
They have quite nice Chinese food, like it when shopping at Harrods.
Amazing duck and everything. Very pleased with service and exquisite quality of halal Chinese food.
Nice food and atmosphere - all food is halal too!
Great service and delicious food!! We love to eat here!
Interesting menu with good choices. Wasn’t wowed by the food. Perhaps I was expecting too much.
Wonderful food and great service, a regular restaurant for us
Yes I’ll re visit very nice, food was loads of flavours
excellent meal; table next to us had long wait for chopsticks.
Food was expensive but excellent. Worth a visit. I give it a 10/10
Not easy to find the restaurant. Very good food, Very kind people.
Fabulous food, excellent service. A perfect pit stop mid Harrods shop!
The food was fresh and delicious. I would recommend an assortment of sashimi and a crab salad. We also liked the service - quick and professional
Amazing, like always. I highly recommend the duck, it’s amazing but so is everything else
It was great and the atmosphere was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and never hesitated to help if there was a problem. Definitely a recommendation!
Excellent food, just what you would expect from Harrods! Probably the best Chinese restaurant in London, would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting London
Amazing. Love this restaurant and the food here. My friend and I absolutely love it here. Such a nice environment and atmosphere. The staff are incredible and the food is a whole different thing, amazing !
Amazing like always, the duck was exquisite and the food was amazing. Chi wu and the stuff yet again have amazed me !
Amazing, the food, drinks, staff and restaurant, all incredible. I love this restaurant so much I will come back many more times to come. Thank you for such a amazing experience !
It is the fusion chinese food should be ok for people who like fusion food and the price is quite expensive services are very good
Excellent food and superb service. Would recommend everyone to at least go once and experience the extremely delicious food. One of the best Chinese food.
Excellent food and convivial atmosphere. We really enjoyed our evening at the restaurant coupled with Xmas shopping. We tasted the crab and sweet corn soup followed by a sharing platter of Dim Sum and a Harrods roll. A light and tasty pre shopping supper followed by jasmine tea.
Chai wu staff had excellent customer service, the food was great and well presented and they did excellently accommodating to my party despite our slight lateness.
The food was excellent, however we booked a 7pm table and were not told the restaurant closed at 9pm until 8.40pm! This meant we were told we had to order dessert before half of our main course had even arrived, and were shooed out of the restaurant without even being offered coffee. An extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience and not what I had hoped for when spending £150 a head on a meal! Ridiculous not to tell people the restaurant closes so early when they book. Would absolutely not recommend for an evening meal, which is a shame as the chef is clearly very talented, but his talents would be better used elsewhere!
