Rabbit bruschetta
Rustic chargrilled bread topped with pulled rabbit, chorizo and cannellini beans in a spicy tomato sauce.
Gamberoni skewers
Shell on king prawns and red peppers skewers chargrilled and served with red onions and rocket salad.
Antipasto casa
Selection of cured meats and mozzarella bites served with focaccia bread.
Salmone grigliato
Grilled salmon fillet served with grilled vegetables and roast potatoes.
Costata di manzo
450gr/500gr Grilled T-bone steak served with house salad, sweet potato chips and Carmelas chilli mayonnaise.
Carmelas zuppa di pesce
King prawns, tiger prawns, white fish bites, calamari, white clams and mussels cooked in a white wine, chilli and tomato stew. Served with rustic garlic bread. (Please allow extra time for this dish to be cooked)
Pizza
Calzone all’mortacci
Folded pizza with mozzarella, tomato, spicy ventricina romana salami and our ragu’. Served with Carmela’s chilli mayonnaise.
Porcini e provola
(without tomato paste) White pizza topped with porcini mushroom, smoked provola cheese and thyme topped with rocket and parmesan shaves.
