Excellent service and the food was particularly good - just like the Carluccio's of old!
Staff were not great, they behaved as if customers were an irritation.
Very welcoming staff and good menu. Pity food was not very hot!
Very pleasant - lovely food and good value for money. However, we suggest better exterior lighting at the front of the restaurant as approaching it in the evening, it was not obvious either that it was there, and certainly not that it was open for business. Much too dark!
We enjoyed the visit enormously with the staff very professional
Staff were very accommodating when we asked to move places because we were cold. And they didn’t rush us to order when we were waiting for someone to arrive
Great service good food and unusually in London a table with more than an inch between tables !
Service was pleasant but food disappointing. Risotto tasteless and pretty inedible. Pasta stuffed with spinach and ricotta looked very unappetising and was swimming in watery liquid. Altogether not what we expected from Carluccio’s but they did have the sense not to charge for the risotto.
Excellent staff looking after us: food/drink very nice and location just great.
All good - food nice. Staff friendly. Would go again
Absolutely lovely. Really enjoyed it. Have eaten there before and loved it hence my repeat visit.
Enjoyable lunch atmosphere was good but service could have been better.
Welcoming helpful waiters and waitresses, reasonable prices for food and wine, good food, good ambiance. No loud music. 9/10.
Excellent meal and service as always . Thanks once again.
The food and service was exceptional. Flavousome, well presented food for a good price.
This has alrways been a great place to meet in St Pancras and it did not disappoint on Saturday.
Excellent service, good food, reasonable prices, pleasant ambience. Recommended for lunch
Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality food. The desserts were especially divine.
We sit outside which is lovely. The waiter is wonderful which must be difficult as they are so understaffed. He is always helpful and delightful
Very welcoming and friendly service. Food quality and presentation were excellent!
All fine for our needs. My companion would have liked bicycle clips on her trousers as there was a very sweet mouse running around between tables, but it is outdoors/indoors at St Pancras!
As the weather was very cold, warm welcome went down well
Really nice! Good food, not too expensive, cosy and friendly staff!
We had to ask for cutlery, ketchup and mayo (for burger) waiter went off and I had to get up from table to ask someone else! Staff were busy but we shouldn’t be served food without cutlery!
Everything was good, particularly the friendly and jolly staff. My one issue is that only one toilet was working, for both men and women. At one point, a couple of us had to go next door to the hotel, which rather puts me off going back. Pity, as I thought it was otherwise a good place to meet friends.
Lovely staff very patient with our comings and goings? Food decent quality for price and would recommend to anyone. Almost a pity it is at the station as it really is a great restaurant and handy for meet ups which this was? Thanks to everyone who looked after us on Monday!
Good food. Friendly staff. Very convenient for St Pancras platforms.
Decor faded, needs a revamp. Not very appealing atmosphere inside restaurant considering it's located in an impresdive building, albeit a train station.Food was nice but no Parmesan and no Chianti available, despite this being an Italian restaurant.Staff were very pleasant and helpful and apologetic for lack of aforementioned items.
