Very slow service and staff not particularly attentive. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a hurry!
Delicious food though rather busy on this occasion and perhaps a little short staffed. Nonetheless good service and happy overall.
Delicious Italian fare. Always highly reliable and nice, friendly staff. Thank you again.
Delicious food as always. Good service and helpful staff. Thanks for a lovely meal!
Delicious food as always. Really nice friendly staff and a relaxing time. Very convenient and good service all round.
This is such a convenient spot, near Piccadilly station. While the menu isn’t enormous the food is yummy.
There is good service and a friendly atmosphere. Convenient location
Nice food and friendly staff. I’d come again but prefer the other branches for their atmosphere and range of dishes.
After receiving drinks for a late lunch we both ordered chicken dishes only to be told ‘sorry no chicken left’. I then ordered a disappointing lasagne which on further inspection contained little or no meat. My wife just opted for a focaccia which arrived as a bland slab of bread and served cold which neither of us had seen before. We’re big Italian restaurant fans but this is easily the worst Italian meal we’ve ever had. This review is no reflection on the serving staff who were lovely but appear to be caught up in a dysfunctional operation.
Very busy restaurant with only a couple of waiters who were very good. The food however was OK wasn't very hot so had obviously been made and kept to keep warm.We didn't bother complaining as we needed to get to a concert.Certainly won't be rushing back 😒
Appaling. Not enough staff in kitchen or dining room to serve a full restaurant. Most customers eating early to get to Coop Arena on time. Lots of stressed customers as staff avoided eye contact. We arrived 4.30. At 6pm we were about to give up and grab a sandwich from M&S when food arrived. All 4 of us disappointed with food quality. I asked why they didn't turn people away when it was too busy. Told that most, like us, had bookings. In which case why didn't they make sure they had enough staff. This will be my last visit to any Carluccio restaurant. Antonio C would be horrified. PS you can keep the 50p offered in return for writi g a review. Perhaps donate it to the restaurant staff. They all worked really hard but impossible task and I doubt they got many tips.
the confit duck was nice - handy eatery but can be busy as its in a train station. expect to pay a bit more than the normal. however, its handy, good location and convenient
