Very limited options to choose from. Taste was ok. Service was good.

The waitress was rather off. We asked for wine glasses for our water and she was clearly disgruntled. My mum has just got out of hospital and does not drink but I wanted to feel like we were celebrating. I won’t be going back. A smile costs nothing.

The service was great, however the waiting time for the meal was quite long. It wouldn’t have mattered if we didn’t have a train to catch.

Eggs royale was very unsubstantial, drinks were tiny, we had a voucher for 20% off but it wasn't honoured, then we were unable to split the bill because of some issue with the card machine, so I ended up paying for everyone's food. We also, for some unexplained reason, ended up with 3 copies of the bill. Overall utterly shambolic. I definitely won't be returning.

A really lovely place to eat and drink - felt very welcome

We are regulars at Carluccios in Leamington spa.The Restaurant is in the middle of the town with Excellent food and great staff serving the food.We were very lucky to get a table on Mothering Sunday morning and had excellent attentive service from Raluka the Manager and Chandini our Waitress.Well done to both at a very busy time !

Food not as good as it used to be! I guess like most other chains you are having dishes delivered par cooked and just heated up on your premises. My partner and I rarely visit now. The staff are friendly and helpful, doing their best I guess.
