Excellent service & food very tasty. Laid back atmosphere. Welcoming
Friendly, helpful, and kind, staff Fair pricing, comfortable setting Thank you
There were a number of items unavailable from the menu. Took over 30 minutes to receive starters even though restaurant was not particularly busy. Even ran out of potatoes for two of our main meals. Desserts were expensive at around £9 each so decided to pass on those. Staff were very friendly though.
We like Carluccios and Chichester didn't disappoint. Really good food as always, well explained and friendly, attentive service.
We had a table booked and turned up on time. We were shown to our table and we ordered drinks. My partner wanted the rib eye steak but she was told that they had run out also there were three other items on the menu that were unavailable. The food we ordered was delivered promptly and was well flavoured. After the main course my partner wanted a dessert but again we were told that certain items were unavailable. The bill was approximately £80.00 which I think was good value I would definitely go again.
A lovely setting, impeccable service, tasty dishes. Ideal for special occasions.
Great flavors, welcoming staff, and beautiful setting. Perfect for a special night out.
Very tasty food which was all served piping hot. Attentive waitress
We received excellent service from all the staff. The restaurant was clean with a lovely atmosphere and the food was delicious
Staff polite and efficient. Food good but several items weren’t available to order. Nice wine.
Lily was a lovely Waitress in Chichester and was very helpful
Although restaurant all but empty had to wait to be seated long wait for drinks & to order waited even longer for food half of original order not available big fuss made about chilli intolerance which was most embarrassing very small portions when asked for more bread to go with starter I had all but finished by the time arrived waiter said oh don't really need it now then we were surprised at first how quite it was for Saturday evening two weeks before Christmas but soon realized why also food options very limited especially if you can't eat chilli didn't bother with dessert
Lovely. Not crowded. Staff attentive. Food good. Enjoyable experience. Good
We have known Carluccios in Chichester for years but haven’t been back much since the pandemic. We decided to try and book for Valentines Day and were really pleased with the food and the great service by Manager Nicky and her team. The food used to be good but now it’s great!
The waiter was very helpful when we complained about the bread being a bit stale and gave us complimentary coffee. The lady waitress who took my payment was a bit curt & could have been friendlier like her colleague. We were celebrating my mums birthday & overall it was a nice afternoon.
Really enjoyable visit. Service was efficient and not rushed which lead to a relaxing evening with friends
Good service and corrected issue with meal promptly and professionally
Great experience We felt safe and welcome Staff were efficient and friendly Thank you
Took over an hour to receive breakfast. One particular waiter was rude and sarcastic. However, the manager (unsure of her name) was fantastic and handled the situation well. Having worked in customer service I was disappointed by the behaviour and approach the waiter took. I’m not one to complain normally but on this occasion the food also arrived stone cold. Overall our experience could of been better.
