Food is delicious and service is nice aswell but bit pricey

Food tasted nice but the portions have decreased which is good as they were giving too much before, the prices have not reflected this instead it has increased further and when it came to service it was shambles right to the end so I refused to pay the service charge that is added on to the receipt.

Great restaurant but the service could be better. It was a busy night so understandable but put more staff out there if needed but still a great place and the food is amazing. Highly recommend!

Pleasant visit. Food was very tasty. Ribs were tough and Adana wasn’t soft but too tough. Waitress’ who I asked many times for ketchup just ignored me.

The customer service is very poor I book since Monday on 13/8 for tables for 10 people for this Sunday 18/8 but when I reach there with my family they didn’t fixed it for us , we was waiting for 30min

Had to chase up a drink and the mixed doner meat was very bland. I have eaten doner meat for many years and from many places. May not be their fault if the doner kebabs are supplied to the restaurant but they should check it is up to standard. Salad, and the complimentary hummus, cacik and Turkish bread were all very fresh and tasty. Very busy and noisy over the different levels of the restaurant means it is rather popular.

The service was really bad. Tried to charge me twice for service. And wasn’t given a reserved table even though I reserved several hours before.

Very great service this time, unlike the visit last time. Prices have gone up so its making me think twice now, Im not sure if its worth the value and I mentioned I had less chicken pieces and rice in my food last time.

Price increased and food decreased, I know this is very wrong.

Ok the food excellent. . Service far too slow. It was very irritating. I hope next time l have a better service. We were left on our own for too long.

The food was good and well-seasoned and the staff were very welcoming. However, the service wasn’t great, the staff weren’t very attentive. A nice evening nonetheless.

We had a warm welcome and were asked to go upstairs where it was slightly quiter. We were served really quickly. They serve large portions here so we were well fed and we took the rest of the food home with us. The food was very tasty. Well seasoned. Staff were polite and very informative about the food. Great value for money too. I would recommend Capital Restaurant .Good evening out.

Food is superb and very good value. They can improve by taking drinks order first. We had our starter sales for s long time before any drinks arrived. In fairness the place was very busy on Saturday night

Great food depending on what you order, service charge is now added automatically to the bill which I'm not a big fan of as I would find it embarrassing to ask for it to be removed.

Amaizing food and service, waiting time for food was short. Great prices. Great menu to choose from, even for vegetarians. Made us all feel welcome. Would recomend to everyone.

not very positive impressions .... we booked a table for the birthday party and everything was fine until the birthday cake ...... the waiter trying to put a cake on the table threw him on the floor ..... all the hardships not very pleasant for guests and solenizer

Great food, great service, great atmosphere, friendly staff and most of all great food, good experience overall, priced well, nice drinks. multiple floors, and nice decor.

Ordered a mixture of all the chicken and lamb kebabs, disappointed with the quality of the meat, it was not delicious at all. They gave a small slice of cake to share, I asked for one more and they wanted to charge for it, even though we’re spending £30 already, also I had to ask for ice cubes three times as they keep forgetting, I can tell you confidently we won’t be visiting this restaurant back again!

Excellent food, polite and welcoming staff, however the menu mainly offers large sizes only with the exception of couple, so I’m not able to order small size which in turn this leads to unwanted food waste otherwise I have no issues.

Great restaurant, regular visitor, never disappointed. Always busy which is a great sign. Generous portions and super value . All my family and friends insist on coming when they visit

The food was too much as we had ordered the full platter, it was delicious. We enjoyed the flat bread wrapped around meat like a ravioli. The atmosphere was warm and friendly like the staff who were attentive and helpful. I look forward to returning here with friends and family.

Good venue for a group of friends. We arrived early and were quickly served, huge portions, friendly staff, cold beer, what more could you want?
