Really disappointing - we had made a booking and one of our party arrived (the two others were running a bit late) but the person who arrived first (a black woman) was made to feel extremely unwelcome, and when she tried to explain a table had been booked, the staff put their hand in her face saying they did not have any space, theybdidnt understand what she was saying, she would need to wait. I have been to canton element a number of times, and have brought several colleagues, and enjoy it very much, but it was extremely disappointing to experience this very unwelcoming behaviour. We decided to take our custom elsewhere.

Good dim sums at reasonable price. The crispy duck is very delicious. The only disappointment is Yangzhou fried rice. Although its taste was good, it was not cooked in the authentic Cantonese style.

Always have a good meal here. Came with Chinese relatives who liked the food too!

Despite making a reservation, they were over capacity and so could not seat me. I had to wait for a takeaway instead, which wasn't ideal. The dimsum portions are also quite small.

Our welcome was a bit abrupt, but once settled at our table we realised it was just his manner. Food was all excellent and service very efficient and fuss free. Overall good value too

No pretensions, just good food and reasonable prices with a decent selection of dim sum, soup and main courses. The soft shell crab was so good we ordered another.

Delicious food served in a friendly atmosphere. Dishes are flavourful with options for dumplings and other creative dishes like wasabi shrimp. Dinner was not rushed, the service was friendly and the price was reasonable. Restaurant is nice with a modern bright decor.

Food was absolutely gorgeous. Everything cooked to perfection. Also a Chinese that knows to make a vodka lime and lemonade. Would 100% recommend this restaurant to anybody.

The Dim Sum were truly, absolutely amazing and the duck was gorgeously done too!! Superb restaurant about five minutes from Holborn tube station. I can also recommend the Dolphin pub next door, especially if you want to time travel!!

We booked a table for two and when we arrived to the restaurant the table wasn’t free. So we had dinner in the karaoke room downstairs, very cold room. Bad experience.
