We had burgers each & shared a side and that was more than enough for us. Staff were really friendly & helpful with menu. Looking forward to our next visit.

There is not much to see from the outside and would be easy to walk past and not notice it. However, it is worth stepping inside and giving it a try. The food was really tasty and good value for money and the service was fast and friendly.

Exceptional food and fantastic service as always. I have never had a bad meal from Bubba Q’s and can’t recommend it highly enough. Warm and friendly staff great atmosphere

Most of the things were me good, we were seating quickly, food was brought quickly, but my boyfriend found a hair in his burger. So it has put me off coming again.

Superb as always. Didnt actjally know they had an upstairs section. Cannot complain about food or the service. Only issie is the crowds on the royal mike during the festival, but obviously theres nithing they can do about that...

The food was amazing. Watch how much you order though as portions are large. The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient as it took us a while to decide what to have. We will definitely be back.

I really enjoy coming here for food and appreciate that festival time is always going to be really busy but as a group of 6 people we had to ask to order drinks, ask to place our order and then after a 45 minute wait had to ask how much longer the food would be. We enjoyed the food it was just a shame about the service and one I haven’t experienced before so will hope it’s due to time of year. However still disappointed

Bubba Q is always excellent! They’re really friendly, the food is delicious and the portions are massive! We had the Pitmaster Tray and 3 sides between two of us. It was too much (and we have pretty big appetites!) and they were happy to give us a wee box and bag to take the rest away for my husband’s lunch the next day! Will definitely be back.

Excellent food and great for meat lovers who want to satisfy their appetite. Very affordable given it’s location in the city centre. Highly recommend a visit here.

The food was amazing my husband and I had the pitman platter couldn't finish it. The meat just fell apart and the staff are all lovely

One of the tastiest meals I’ve ever had, would highly recommend the dirty donut burger!! Really fast and friendly service and very well priced. Also great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

The food was fantastic with huge portions definitely bring your appetite. We had the sharing platter and hush puppy's, we couldn't finish it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Great burgers and nice wee place in great location on the Royal Mile. Would recommend this place for families. My nephew lived the chocolate brownie thick shake.

This Was our 3rd orn4th visit and yet again, Bubba Q did not fail to deliver. Food amazing, staff very efficient and atmosphere suited perfectly to surroundings. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tasty good food!!

Great food and excellent staff. Worth a visit for a quick meal. Was quite noisy though but they had a large party of men in who were loud.

had bottomless wings last night with my partner and we couldn't fault it one bit! 4 baskets between us and had 2 lots of teriyaki sauce, Louisiana style and honey BBQ. all cooked to perfection, nice and juicy chicken with the crispiest tastiest skin imaginable! we will definitely be back

Food is absolutely delicious. Service was perfect and drinks are very reasonably priced. Could not fault anything. Portion sizes are massive so food is also very good value for money.

Amazing quality food and great value as always. Highly recommended and definitely better than most of the chain restaurants on the Royal Mile. Well worth a visit.

very pleased with Bubba q food was great very similar to the American rack of ribs with plenty choice in sauces, good service and served fast no waiting around and price was what we expected to pay , will deffo go back

Amazing great wee place in Edinburgh city centre. Really good size portions for value and very welcoming staff who are happy to help with decisions.

Just simply the tastiest juiciest bbq going love it. Looking forward to going back again. The beer selection is great also. Everyone should try the dirty doughnut burger at least once.

Great food.. lovely service from all the staff. The place was a little cold, and the seats are really close to the next table. The original burger was the best burger I’ve ever had.

I've been here several times and the food has always been consistently amazing. The portions are generous and at a fair price, serving food which is hard to find in Edinburgh. The service was okay.

2nd Visit to Bubba Q's. Excellent service and food as always. Very reasonable prices. The 2 for 1 burger deal was fantastic and there were by far the finest burgers I have eaten in a long time. Will definately be visiting again very soon! Great music too.

Excellent food, great bbq staples such as brisket and pulled pork. Would highly recommend to anyone lioking for a relaxed pkace to eat with good service and great food.

Very chilled atmosphere with friendly staff and good food. The deals made everything very affordable and it was all seasoned, with a great sauce selection. Only issue is seating is a little uncomfortable, but worth it. Will be going again.

Went with friend first time, not a big place but food, was good, freshly cooked and tasty with plenty of variety without it been too big. It wasn’t that expensive which is good fo Edinburgh and good atmosphere

Undercooked food. Waiting so long for a replacement I told them not to bother. Left hungry. Restaurant cramped and o my 2 staff. Disappointing visit won't be back

Food was very good, service was excellent, only complaint would be that it may be useful to have a hotplate or similar for pitmaster tray as the meat got cold quite quickly.

Great food and service will defo be back. 1st time here and was not dissapointed even my 7 year old can't wait to come back.

Lovely food and the most amazing milkshakes really full of flavour loved the old style chairs and that you had BBQ sauces at your table so u could decide if u wanted them or not
