Great food, great service and very child friendly 😀, would definitely be visiting again with the family. Very very good value for money , 4 adults and 4 kids and all under £90 for mains and some starters !!

A fine experience all the way from booking to eating and paying. Nice place, good food and a pleasant waitress. Not crowded early on a Wednesday, we weren't rushed.

Burgers were lovely but as it was their first day open after the Christmas/new year break they didn't have everything available, ie corn or bananas. The kids meals were very large for children. I would love to go back when they are completely on the ball. The waiting staff were very polite.

Well...there is a massive lack of atmosphere at Brooks Diner; the food was barely warm and despite me saying "no dressing" my salad still came with dressing (albeit on the side but I hate wastage). The meat and fish is clearly purchased/stored frozen and was pretty tasteless. I would say don't expect too much. I asked for no fries with my meal and was told I was not allowed to substitute for a salad - yet when it arrived there was a substituted salad (plus an additional 2 that I ordered). Poor communication all around. Also, the entrance door kept being blown open and it was freezing and the music was too loud - there were only 2 small groups in the restaurant - we could barely hear ourselves. That said - it satisfied my 4 year old who just wanted a hot dog and chips. Although the hot dog bun was not fresh and just crumbled on being held.

The food was great but the venue was cold , the front door stays open , this is a easy fix by a carpenter Thanks

Burger, Ribs, fries , sauce and Milkshakes... excellent and Delicious :) Nice Decor, good service. 2nd time at this restaurant with my partner...... Defo recommended :)

It's an ok restaurant, friendly staff, food just ok. Like a posh mcdonalds with ribs. Alot smaller than I expected but nice for a small family gathering with fussy eaters.

Great food, great service and great experience. We will definitely be returning as a lot more on the menu to try. Well worth reserving a table as gets very busy.

Nice atmosphere good service good food here is the only thing that would have to go back and I don't think that I have a great way of the day before I get a follow back on my way

Jack Daniels Chicken wings are a must! Pancakes for dessert were pretty good too.

We had a great time at Brooks and intend returning at the end of the month with a large group to celebrate my husbands birthday. The service and food were fantastic....

The food was fantastic and arrived promptly. The portions were huge! The staff were great and our kids loved it. We'll definitely go back again.

We have been to Brooks often and it's always been busy. We love the food but the service has always been terrible with arguing between kitchen staff and waiters. Today was different. It wasn't too busy, and service was great. I had the Garden burger and it was excellent.

Amazing place... When walking in, the diner was clean, open and bright the staff are very friendly and always have a smile. The chairs we're comfy and the music playing was really good. The starters were amazing and I only had cheesy garlic bread. Great size too! The main course was beautiful, the cajan chips so tasty and the burger was cooked to perfection. Would recommend this diner to anyone! Great place, great food, great staff! :)

Restaurant seemed fun at first sight, but it quickly went downhill - it was not very busy, Sunday afternoon 2pm Ordered nacho chips as starters, 2 burgers, 1 chocolate milk shake and 1 root beer float It took 20 min before the drinks came - had to ask waitress where were the starter, to which she went and brought back a plate with some tesco like plain chips (no melted cheese or any other stuff, just plain), and told us they ran out of guacamole and just left - it came with two dips, one a plain tasting cream and the other a plain tasting tomato salsa, both tasteless Burgers were adequate, nothing to write home about! Just don't I understand why it took so long to get the food, it was just burgers and chips! Service was very bad and unfriendly, owner woman was on the phone all the time, waitresses not bothering to check customers, no smiles They make an easy enough job very bad indeed - disappointing food and service Will not be coming back

Excellent atmosphere. Very attentive staff and good American food - would definitely recommend
