went for lunch with a work colleague, lovely food as always and good value for money.
Perfect place for us to eat and drink before our concert - a short walk to the arena.
So many screens showing football with volume turned right up. Atmosphere was bland. Staff brought wine to table but had to open ourselves.
I booked a table for 6 for a Christmas get together Christmas meal. There was no Christmas meal unless pre- booked which was not mentioned at the time of booking. Poor staff were run off their feet..... not enough staff to cater for the amount of punters. Not all meals on the menu were available. The staff were pleasant and helpful but totally overwhelmed by what they were expected to cater for. Certain tables were laid out as a Christmas meal should be with table covers and crackers......ours had nothing. Will not returning to repeat a disappointing visit. By the way my niece is the general manager of another one of your groups pubs and they provide a brilliant service.
The food was served promptly and was tasty . The Brasshouse is a lovely traditional pub but the dining areas look tired and need a revamp.
My first visit to this bar and found ordering fairly easy via the app and normally they a lot to choose from according to their online menu however today most items were not available so limited in choice so check the app before you go
amazing service and food as always, had a lovely English breakfast
good food at reasonable prices, absolutely no complaints. Will come back.
Very busy pub on broad streets, easy to find and plenty of space . Good menu with plenty of choices
get what you pay for, not too expensive and plenty of pub classics
