Whether you’re a man mad for an Old Fashioned, a chic Manchester chick dreaming of Manhattan over a Manhattan, or a neat and naughty Keith Richards type, Bourbon & Black’s Wilmslow Road watering hole has your back when it comes to the beloved oak barrelled hard stuff.

And then there’s the Black, the sublimely curated food menu that takes its cues from international cuisines and offers Didsbury and Manchester’s foodies a range of charcoal-grilled delights and then some. Bourbon & Black’s theatre kitchen is the other star of the show, the other half that gets diners primitive appetites going.
