Delicious as always! Burger Tuesday's are amazing value at two for £10 and up to the same standard as the regular menu. I'll be back last in the month!

Food was very good - as was the service. Great atmosphere. Our friends experienced it for the first time and loved some of the dishes but not all. They were disappointed with the portion sizes but it does depend what you order. Overall - very nice

On the whole the food is very good and the setting very nice. However last time I went I got the beef from the Christmas menu because I had it the week before and it was lovely. This time it was full of fat and nowhere near as good. Bit disappointed to be honest. Hasn't put me off though as it's usually very good.

I regularly dine at Bertrams the food is always delicious, it doesn't matter if I'm popping in on a Tuesday with my friends for their lovely burger night or dining another other time the quality is fantastic. The staff are always welcoming, attentive and give 100%. Tops marks all round

We booked for early evening and the food wasn't great and the restaurant was cold and lacked atmosphere. Service was ok though and perhaps on another day it might have been a better experience.

Always a wonderful experience, the staff are brilliant at their job and make everything about the evening joyful. The food is superb! Would most deffinately recommend, and we will be coming back many of times!

The Thursday night supper club is such amazing value for money! The food is absolutely delicious with such a wide range! Great to have half a bottle of wine too! Fabulous as always!!!

The food never fails to impress, perfect presentation, followed by perfect service and value for money. We eat here on a regular basis because we can rely on the quality of the food.

Really enjoyable Christmas menu. Turkey dinner lovely and Christmas Pud. Not overly impressed with starter selection. Overall enjoyable ! Service - good. Atmosphere- good. Lovely wine and Amaretto coffee.

Lovely restaurant, friendly staff. Have previously eaten there at lunchtime when food has been excellent, rather disappointing this evening. Artisan garlic bread with mozzarella turned out to be cheese on toast, !! Classic burger dry and overcooked. Will go again but possibly only for lunch.

meal great, service great, The wine very expensive. need a house wine at a lower price for the not so wine connoisseurs of this world

very polite staff, always there.food was excellent, and the dessert was to die for, overhaul experience would go again...The only thing that we did not like was watching people bathing while we were eating.

Lovely food and staff but the restaurant was cold and got colder as the night went on. We went into the VIP bar and that was cold too but warmed up eventually. The music was great and enjoyed having a dance

The atmosphere was really nice and quiet, all we wanted for a nice meal. The staff were attentive and we were not left waiting. We went for 3 courses and the food was very good making the whole evening good and relaxing, will definitely be going back

absolutely delicious food, had the flat iron steak salad and it was unbelievably delicious - and hot not cold, highly recommend it. The staff are also lovely

Lovely place, great food. Good choice on the menu, had two courses. A little odd watching people in and out of the outdoor swimming pools while you are eating!

45 minutes wait for meal. Had to find our own table. Sat with my coat on because i was so cold sat at the table

Overall enjoyed our evening at Bertram's, food good but service slow particularly on arrival had to ask for drinks rather than the waiter asking us.

Excellent- food and service. Reasonably priced. The only problem was that the room felt cool. We will definitely return with an extra layer of clothing.

Just home from a spa day including lunch in Bertrams for 24 ladies!!! It was absolutely perfect! The food and drink in Bertrams was amazing!! Please can you pass on a HUGE thank you to all the staff involved in today. From Clare organising the treatments and the therapists to Dino, Spencer and the Bertrams team, every moment was wonderful. The day was perfect and we are already looking forward to next year. The only negative comments was that the day went too fast!!!!!! Thank you to you all and have a very Merry Christmas 🎄

The main course and desert was quite good,the pate starter was a bit creamy. The food was well presented and the service was excellent .

Service was a little slow tonight, and has been on previous visits, but excellent food and a lovely atmosphere definitely help to make up for that.

Great meal and service - parking nightmare at start - overflow parking difficult to see with lights at side of road - desserts lovely and even changed favour of ice cream I didn't like

Food was lovely and very reasonably priced, the waitress was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going again and would like to try the supper club on Thursdays maybe next.

Great classy restaurant and not normally expected in this part of Lancs. Terrace Bar afterwards with live music is great too. We're defo booking into the spa for a day soon.

When your food arrives before you've been allocated your table and then the staff try to cover it up ...I'm not impressed! Poor service and experience all round.
