They have managed to create an environment that people can feel relaxed enough to enjoy a comfortable business lunch, a sherry based cocktail with a pinxo straight after work or somewhere to feast yourself on inventive tapas all evening. The wines, sherries and other drinks have been carefully selected to offer a full reflection of Spain’s fantastic diversity.
