We were greeted by Spencer who made us feel very welcome. We mentioned we were going to the theatre so time was important. I personally have a nut allergy and the staff were superb with me. Aaron was our server who looked after us royally. The food was explained and we ordered 3 small plates and 2 mains. All were yummy. I’ll be back, no question x

Food was very tasty but there wasn’t enough, very small portions. I think the menu needs to be reviewed or explained better by the staff when seated, as we found it very confusing. Also the toilet cleanliness needs to be improved, as they smelt and 3 cubicles I went into did not have toilet roll.

We had a lovely time. Great food and were well looked after. Nice touch with the birthday card for my nephew and nice idea with the violin too - really added to a nice dining experience. Thank you!

Overall, had great food and price was actually very good.

I used to love this place but it's just average now. It's quite pretentious and not very accessible for wheelchairs/prams. The food used to be amazing but it's probably only average now compared to better restaurants for less money

Waited to be seated and had to ask 20 mins after our reservation time. Food was fab as always. Didn’t like being in a booth with footballers. Don’t follow football so couldn’t tell you who they where. But very irritating when the third man came intruding for a photo!! They must have been irritated too!

My partner and i attended a meal for my 30th birthday and had the tasting menu. Everything from sushi to chicken to sea bass to deserts was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Wine was tasty and the Old Fasioned, my favourite cocktail, was the best I've ever had. Our waitress (possibly Libby?! Sorry if thats wrong!) was lovely and attentive and knowledgeable - thanks for making the meal so special.

Fantastic! Really attentive staff, amazing food! Beautiful place! Expensive, but worth it for a treat or special occasion... If you order Black Cod, it costs £30 & can come later, after you’ve eaten your meal (in our experience), so keep that in mind... That said it was lovely when it did arrive! The Sharing Platter we had was great, Still annoys me they only serve lager in bottles, which feels a little like profiteering. Give us pints... Other than that, fantastic!

Attended on 21st April with family for my Birthday. Returning customers to Australasia, therefore know what to expect. Overall the experience was very good, only one small hindereance with a waiter who seemed inexperienced and didn't appear to care too much about getting our drinks order correct, or even brought to the table. However all other staff were faultless. Food is outstanding here and extremely consistent time and time again. We will return again in the near future.

Ambiente perfecto. Servicio atento. Carta con carnes magníficas y cocina japonesa con wasabi fresco. Postres extraordinarios. Muy recomendable. De lo mejor de Mánchester.
