Great Greek cuisine on Bayham Street: for nearly 50 years Andy’s Taverna has treated its customers to some of the most wonderful Greek dishes imaginable. There's a lightness of touch, discernible basic ingredients, and an enticingly homemade savour to Cypriot mainstays. Perhaps such standards are attributable to the owner's 15-year stint as a chef in Athens and on the island of Eyina. Popular with many celebrities, it has built up a regular clientele over the years and everyone is considered a friend. No wonder – the restaurant has served fine Greek cuisine since 1967(!).
