We visit London at least once a year and Al Duca is always a must
Pre-theatre menu very disappointing - pasta with tomato sauce or thin slices of unseasoned chicken with a tiny bit of salad on the side is not what you go for to a restaurant. Plus, everything rather tasteless. I would not recommend.
As always - food excellent and service great. Highly recommend.
Excellent food and service. Great place for a lunchtime chat.
es war alles in allem ein sehr netter abend im zentrum von london
Excellent food and attentive service. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal tonight
Al Duca is our all favourite restaurant. Have been customers for many years and the food and staff are still excellent.
Always a fun and enjoyable visit menu is well. Balanced
Excellent food and first class service. Will be back soon!
Amazing meal! Great last minute choice. Definitely recommend it! Great wine too
Excellent food, wine and service. Wonderful octopus, scallops, tuna, pasta and salmon. Every visit makes us wish we live in the West End!
Awesome food, fantastic service. Great wine choices at reasonable price

Food was excellent, staff was very efficient and friendly, restaurant was very comfortable.
Another wonderful meal in a friendly restaurant where food and service are always a pleasure to enjoy.
A very pleasant welcome and good attention. This much appreciated since at 9.30pm having booked we realised we were the last diners that night. We liked the menu. Glad we came.
As always: great food, great attentive service, great atmosphere, great experience.
Friendly and accommodating as ever. Great winter menu and very attractive surroundings relatively recently renovated. Never pretentious and always a good convivial atmosphere, unlike many a West End establishment.
Perfect and attentive service. We have always enjoyed our meals there. The food is cooked just right every time and the wine selection a good balance and an excellent range.
Excellent food, service ,welcoming and friendly staff. Always enjoy our visits, have been eating there for years. Pity QuaNdo let us down by failing to pass our booKing to Al Duca but they dealt with it in their usual cool way.
Very good restaurant. Authentic and super tasty Italian food. Nice and smiley waiters, although a bit too few of them when it's crowded means you might need to wait a bit to order, etc. My only suggestion would be to dim the lights a bit, makes it more romantic for a date! :-)
Was exactly how we expected. All very pleasant and very good service
La cucina particolarmente curata e un ambiente informale sono i segni caratteristici di questo locale. È sempre un piacere tornare a far visita al Duca.
great food, service is very friendly - the wine could have been a bit more fresh but was excellent. A local favorite and always very reliable.
A terrific lunch, beautifully cooked steak and very attentive staff. I have been here a handful of times now and will continue to come back!
Excellent italian food made by Italians. The long established restaurant has an elegant dining room , very centrally placed, and provides excellent service. Very reasonable prices. Strongly recommended.
We had the good meal we expercted . Having used Al Duca and its predecessor for many years on an occasional basis as we do not live in London, we were just surprised how the cost has risen.
It was my first visit following a personal recommendation from a friend and I will certainly go again and recommend it myself. Excellent food and good wine in very pleasant surroundings.
Stylish restaurant serving beautifully presented modern Italian food. Al Duca is excellent value for its central location just off Jermyn Street. Staff are both friendly and courteous. It never disappoints.
Helpful staff. Friendly yet very efficient service. We have been there a number of times over recent visits to London and the food is just excellent.
I had lunch with a friend. We had a wonderful time. It's a fun and lively place. The owner gave us a warm welcome; he is the one who takes the orders, giving excellent pieces of advise. The waiters were charmingly Italian and generous with the crispy slices of bread. The food was gorgeous. Home made pasta was cooked to perfection. The pistachio home made ice cream was absolutely delicious. Coffee was as good as in Venice. We are definetely going back to Al Duca next time we have lunch together in London. Booking is recommended. The place was full on that saturday.
A charming restaurant offering excellent service and excellent food. It was a beautiful day so we dined Al Fresco and they made us feel very special
Food excellent, service good but a smile would make it better
First time I'd been to Al Duca, would definitely go again. Great food, great service, intimate restaurant without feeling you were on top of other diners!
I went with four friends on a Saturday lunch time. The restaurant was almost empty which was surprising for a Saturday lunchtime in Piccadilly so there was no ambience. The food was over salted. I thought at the time that it was rather salty but it wasn't until I left and half an hour later I was gasping for water, I was so dehydrated. I drank a whole bottle of water (half a litre) in one go which I have not done before and this was after consuming several litres of water during the meal. The service was fine but a bit slow. Given there were only three tables to serve all afternoon this was surprising. I have been to this restaurant on two other occasions when it was much busier and had a much more pleasurable experience. It's almost as if they felt it wasn't worth making an effort because there was hardly anybody there.
