Inspired by his upbringing in Greece, when he would accompany his grandfather on trips to catch fish in the Aegean Sea, which was then cooked up by his grandmother and then sold in their own taverna, Aegean Restaurant’s owner Lefteris aims to bring a little piece of his native land to Cardiff.
