The staff were fabulous and very welcoming, letting us come in a little earlier than our booking. Our meals were delivered quickly and we were all happy with the portions and quality. We had a great evening.

Disappointing service was poor, forgot one of starters, my husbands steak was not cooked to his instructions, no one checked if we needed anything, then forgot desserts. Very chaotic service 😕. They did remove the service charge when we complained tbh we wouldn’t have paid it anyway. The excuse was they were short staffed and busy. We have been in busier places and the service was much better.. A special celebration was spoilt and we would not go again, shame because the food was lovely.

Unfortunately they did not have many of the fish items on the menu, apart from that the food was good but unfortunately the service was pretty dire and they charge us £20 service !!! Not happy !

Love this restaurant - always has great service and fantastic food. It can take a little while to get served but this is usually down to it being so busy. Definitely would recommend if visiting or working at the Excel.

Very welcoming sbd helpful staff, lovely building and inside of restaurant. Drinks are expensive, bottle of sparkling water £4.40. Meal was excellent, well presented. Meal was £103 for two, did have three nice courses each but a tad over priced. Nice location right opposite sunborn floating yacht where we stayed and right next door to Excel.

Excellent place to dine with clients, food and service was brilliant, next year we will definitely come here. This was our first visit, hope they can keep there up to their standards.

First time ' fast service (although restaurant and was pretty empty) angry great food. The price was reasonable too. A great dining experience. Will be back.

Great Italian restaurant with the best service around Excel. Fresh food and nice wines for a reasonable price. Try the rustico and swordfish end with a limoncello and your lunch is perfect.

Was told on booking I couldn’t have 1.30 but only had 12.45 which was odd as empty? However, staff great, environment great and food great so despite having to really rush to get there it was worth it and a great location if visiting Excel.

Great lunch here yesterday. Staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble, food was delicious. Nice decor and handy for the Excel - way better than anything inside.

We were a group of 10 who booked for dinner and the team in the restaurant were brilliant. The had prepared a round table which makes such a difference to a large group, we could all chat together!!! The food was lovely and they were able to accommodate food allergies really well. Service was also great. All in all we had a lovely evening and I am sure we will all go back when in the area

Excellent service and food. We were fortunate, in that because there wasn't an event at Excel that day it was quieter than usual so we had dedicated service. Will definitely go again.

On arrival, the restaurant appeared clean and contemporary in style. I was not impressed when I asked for a glass of White Zinfandel rose wine only to be told they only have ONE rose wine and that was (weak and tasteless) Pinot Grigio! So I said I'd have a Bacardi and coke....only to be told they had NO BACARDI!! So I asked for a Sex on the Beach cocktail and was told they couldn't do that either. Before I had even eaten, I was not impressed with the lack of basic drinks. The waiter then googled the cocktail and attempted, very badly to make one :-( Next we were told there were no clams and no mussels so we both had Gamberoni Prawns to start. These were large but tasteless and if there was any garlic at all (again a basic in gamberoni), I would be very surprised. My husband had sirloin steak for mains, which he did enjoy and said was cooked well but I had scallops which, again were tasteless. Then, surprise, surprise, we both ordered crème caramel for dessert only to be told crème caramel wasn't ready yet!!!! We were the only people in the restaurant at 12.35pm on Sunday lunchtime and the doors opened at 12pm. I would have thought a restaurant of it's size would have been prepared with all the basic food and drink to satisfy it's customers as soon as they opened the doors! There was a 10% service charge, which we very stupidly paid but we will never be going back there again. A complete waste of time and hard earned money. *As it is next door to the Excel centre it appeared a lot of their trade came from the staff that worked there and popped in for a quick pizza or lasagne. I would liken the food and atmosphere to that of a fast food outlet rather than the Italian restaurant we were led to expect.

Food and service was excellent. Restaurant empty and lacking atmosphere but attended at a quiet time. Was undecided and Waiter helped me make a good choice of the sea bass.

Great food! Little bit pricey and staff never told us till after we had finished we should of shared a starter bread as they were massive and left in finished!

Nice atmosphere, friendly helpful staff and good food. Typically Italian with a mix of drama and chaos but a great experience all round with excellent food and good service - would recommend it highly. Well priced so good value too. House wine was vey acceptable.

Fab meal staff so friendly and very helpful. Will be back when we are next in London we found the restaurant on line glad I looked now keep up the fab work you do .

Excellent food. Good service and atmosphere. My daughter and I ate here on a visit to London in July for our birthdays. Will definitely be back on our next London visit

The food was fantastic, i had spaghetti Vongole and my friend had a pizza. All tje staff there was very welcoming. Would definitely go there again.
