Zelman Meats - Soho

The food was good but to be honest for the price there are better places, i would pick Goodman's or Hawsmoor over here. But thoroughly enjoyable evening

Pretty average food, poor service, uncomfortable seats and music was way too loud to have a decent conversation. We won't be going back to Zelman Meats.

Top food, great service. And the steak was FANTASTIC! Minimal spice and fuss. Just super tender and tasty. Happy to recommend and keen to visit again

Exquisite service. Good but unimpressive food. Ribs had more fat than I expected. Not enough flavour in the meats. Delicious prawns, one of the few places where they felt fresh. Great ambiance and lighting, especially for dates.

Amazing food, great service and a really cool, relaxed atmosphere with a good buzz. Great meal and fantastic wine! The short rib in particular was pretty special.

The Food was excellent and the service too. We ordered a bone in rib eye a polish one it was very good. You must try chateaubriand the meet was delicious. From starters the courgette with fetta and chillies was miamy too.

All perfect. From the gorgeous meat to the beer. the staff was very kind and attentive to everything. A bit expensive, but it’s London center after all.

They forgot a couple of things with our order, but the food was delicious. Probably saved us a few quid as well (assuming they didn't charge us for it). We had a bit of a bad seat behind the fish tank away from the action as well, which was a shame.

Top-quality beef, served alongside steak-friendly vegetables. Make sure you order the vegetables - they’re worth it. Chips also top notch. Charming service. Choose this restaurant when: you want to eat with friends and nouvelle cuisine just won’t cut it.

The food, setting and service are excellent, all of the food was amazing but the prawns and Dirty Steak were unreal!! Absolutely our first choice now for great steak and a great time!!

The staff and food were fantastic, as always - very attentive and knowledgable about the food. Also, Zelmans is very reasonably price for the quality of food, in my opinion.

Excellent service and a kitchen that clearly knows what to do with a piece of meat. There are many places like this is London but Zelman Meats is by far the best in my experience. Hard to fault somewhere as good as this.

I came here with 3 friends and between the four of us we had shared some Chateaubriand, ribs and a variety of sides – the food was delicious, the drinks good though a little expensive (£6 for a 330ml bottle of beer). Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and prompt with their service. All in all a great night out which I’d highly recommend.

A great evening, fantastic food and brilliant friendly service from out waitress (Jemma from Manchester I think). This is our first visit and we will definitely be back!

Nice feel and atmosphere, simple, small, perfectly weighted menu focused on what it does best......great meat cooked to perfection. Recommend the tuna tartare starter and the picanha

If you are remotely carnivorous, then you will not be disappointed by your visit to Zelman Meats. Order a number of fleshy platters to share, and you'll have no excuse to have dessert.

Good food and service. Really enjoyed it. Nice lunch time special too. I would definitely go again, and try some of the bigger cuts. Nice section of interesting starters.

Such phenomenal food and a great atmosphere. Also love the option of having stackable wine - a great opportunity to try lots of different kinds and works well in a group too! R

We love Zelmans, it's our regular date nigh place. I'm really liking the new tuna tartar on the menu, was delicious! And the steak is as good as ever (especially the piccanha- can't spell it). Great service, friendliest staff you can hope for. Will keep going back!

Staggeringly good meat. I’m still having flashbacks to the ribeye and brisket. Great service. Great atmosphere, not at all hurried. I want to live there.

Third visit to Zelman Soho. Excellent as always. From the food to the service, can't fault any of it. One of my favourite eats in London. Will be back in the very near future!

Delicious meats; really good interesting side orders which could be meals in themselves of you weren't feeling like eating meat. Very fun friendly service. Would definitely go again

Amazing steaks, great cocktails and even the veg were great - try the mushrooms! Also, all the staff were really helpful and friendly. One of the best meals out I've had in London for ages!

Just love the atmosphere with the greatest staff that all feels honestly interested of taking care of you. The price- level are also very good. We will come back!

My first visit here. All the staff were fantastic and made our little birthday celebration a memorable one. Thank you all so much! :) The meat was really good, we had sharing style and our lovely server recommended the perfect amount. Cocktails were tasty. I would definitely come here again :)

Food was great, service was great, environment - good, atmosphere- good. Climate - it was a bit cold, I had to wear my jacket, but it's just personal preference.

Fantastic food, such lovely steak and the ribs are incredible. Tried the brisket bites which are new to the menu and they were delicious. Service was great, Ben is the best!

Heating was broken (v cold!), service was terrible and food was average. I dont think I will be coming back in a hurry. I look forward to reply. Nick

Great food and great service. Would highly recommend that you go. Lovely location, good variety on the menu. An overall absolutely lovely dining experience had by all.

Service was good and cool atmosphere/ vibe but the steaks and sauce could have been hotter - maybe plate warmers for the table would be good! It was a particularly cold night and even with a half empty restaurant, they sat us close to the door even though I asked to be further indoors. Chateaubriand and truffle Parmesan chips were delicious....just need to add peppercorn sauce to the menu! Dessert wasn’t anything special....there’s a competitive steakhouse market in London and zelmans has potential but some simple changes would make a difference!

Staff very friendly and helpfull, food was lovely and lots of taste....ribs are AMAZING, area clean and love that you can see the chefs at work. Good atmosphere and overall a really lovely evening! Will definitely be returning for another visit!
