Although very busy, the service and food excellent as always.

Yuvraaj was very busy due to the current Eat out scheme. We did wait a little longer but we didn’t mind at all. The food was absolutely delicious, good portions, with naan breads to die for! We will return as always 😊

The food was really nice and the atmosphere was perfect

Stopping over in Sunderland for the night, Yuvraaj looked to be a good option for a nice curry & proved to be so. Coming from Leicester the curry capital of the country(!) this was at least equal to the best on offer at home, proving that Sunderland can keep up on a culinary level, if not at football!! 😂

Amazing as always. We always book as the restaurant gets very busy. Service and food are absolutely outstanding. Monie, the owner always goes above and beyond. As do all of his staff. Never had a fault yet. Keep up the good, hard work. 👍🏼

This was a gourmet experience, the food looked great and tasted even better. The service, presentation of the food and the taste made this a quality meal at a surprisingly reasonable price.

Amazing as always. This has become our regular Indian restaurant. The service and staff a superb. The owner cares a lot about customer satisfaction. The restaurant was full on the night we went but this did not result in being rushed as they do in other restaurants. Standard of food was superb as always.

We went for the £45 set meal but had to keep reminding the waiters what we had ordered. When they came near end of meal they offered us coffee OR ice cream. We questioned this but told either/or. When we got home and checked it was supposed to be Icecream for pudding AND Coffee. Hence why I’ve marked down on overall service. Finally we only received a small portion of rice between two of us with three dishes - come on guys get a grip

Food was great however the service was not that good !!!

We were tucked away in a part of the building where there was loads of local townies who all seemed to know each other, and I can only liken it to being at a football venue because of the shouting and swearing, the food at best was average, based on this we won’t be returning.

You receive a friendly welcome. The restaurant is bright with lovely music playing in the background. The tables are set nicely with pristine white linen napkins and tablecloths.The staff are wonderful, just the right side of attentive! The service is perfect. The food is fabulous! I have eaten here around 7 times now and have never been disappointed! Every dish is beautifully presented and perfectly spiced! I have taken different family members here for dinner and we have sampled many dishes across the menu both meat, fish and vegetarian and we have always been super impressed at the standard of the cooking. Portion sizes are perfect! This is a great place to bring friends and family for a relaxed meal that will not break the bank. 10 out of 10 from me!
