good food and good service but it was really cold!

Arrived but wasn’t informed that the grill was broken until we tried to ask for a vegan menu, then we were told the only available vegan options were salad. Many of the items were unavailable because of the grill being broken, but we weren’t told before we were seated and I wasn’t sent an email in advance (they had my contact details). We ended up going elsewhere! It’s a shame because it was supposed to be for my dads 50th.

Delicious food with hardly any waiting to be seated despite arriving early. Food arrived timely and the atmosphere was very nice with good music, lighting, temperature and noise levels, providing a very intimate feel on valentines. Service was friendly, however one of the servers did get my drink order incorrect and seemed confused about the table plan. All in all, fully recommended and thoroughly enjoyed.

Service really slow to start. Had to wait a while to be seated, then waitress didn’t know where to seat us even though the restaurant was empty. Drinks take ages to come but the food was good and quick.

A great find for a pre-theatre meal in this area.

Warm and beautiful place. Good food and stuff. The view on the fireworks was little disappointing.

Awful experience. Not going back anytime soon. Took ages to get our drinks had to ask the waiter three times He manged to forget about our desserts too Cherry on the top was the card machine not working. I had to go and get some cash out to pay for my bill

More expensive. Problems to pay. Only the music was very good.

It was my Father’s birthday and we couldn’t have been treated better! The manager and the rest of the staff made him feel very special, the food and service was brilliant and his birthday dessert was awesome! Thank you Waterfront we will definitely be back soon and will recommend you highly to all we know :)

Nice place friendly staff but £8 for a bottle of water was a bit much !
