The staff was friendly, I was lost trying to find the restaurant and the staff stayed on the phone to make sure I knew where I was going. There was no wait at all, we arrived and were seated, the food was amazing

Unfortunately slow service & a time limit on the booking not helpful. Had a 90min slot, took an hour & 15min to order food then hassled to leave the table.

We were served by Nafeez - great customer service and definitely deserves a pay rise!!!

I love this place, but a party of office workers came in, and was so loud we had to go outside for peace and quiet. Not the pubs fault. Just very inconsiderate people

We have visted the shisha longe last night after our wedding day. Mr Afzal took care of us it was absolutely amazing person the best customer service ever. The food was woow and sishs the best ever in my life.

Not really keen on the place we were seated and that we are automatically charged & 12.5% of our bill in tips. When the waiters ignore you and walk around headless until you have to ask to be served. Food was great though, my 2nd time coming to the restaurant for this precise reason. Shisha was good too but very pricey.

We had pre-bked and specifically asked for a table outside away from Sheesha smokers-- alas- we were seated slap bang in the middle of Sheesha smokers. I mean - they could have sat us at the edge. Cocktails were hit and miss.. we had lots of porn Star Martinis'.. some were ok - some were made in rush. At £10 a cocktail – I would seriously expect a lot better and more attention to detail. We had asked for a cocktail- not on the menu, which they made – but seriously – it was coloured water. If the staff cant make it properly – just say NO. Edamame - Chill - were lathered in Sweet Chill Sauce.. HORRIBLE Neru Veggie rolls - were loosely made.. I've had better from lunchtime Takeout vendors. Service staff - though their station was right behind our table.. and some were at loose ends – when called – they took their sweet time to come over. Not a single member of staff ( Inside or outside) were wearing any face protection. As for atmosphere – we created our own – therefore 5* The point is – Waterfront as a fantastic location and previously used to have some decent food and drinks. It now seems – it is only worth visiting for location rather then anything else.. may be Cottons next time..

Food was average, was expecting much more quality for the price. Great shisha and customer service.
