Fantastic hosts - so warm and friendly. Great atmosphere, awesome interactive tables, delicious food! Cannot wait to go back for some more yummy waffles. Highly recommend

Great place and great service. The only problem is that there is one nonineractive table which means that you can't play games on there. There are very friendly staff.

Great time at Waffle Jacks. My kids really like the food and the interactive tables. Great milkshakes. Fantastic customer service from the proprietors as always.

Staff seemed great on arrival but brought all our food at different times. My sandwich was meant to be grilled and definitely wasn't. If anything it was cold. Grated cheese on other dishes hadn't melted or been melted either - suggesting again either the grill was broken or food not hot enough. Had high hopes but left disappointed.

Always a great welcome and great food and we love the interactive tables. The food was fab and large portions and the puddings were amazing - we will be back.

Place was crowdy and smelled with burned food. Quality of the food was not great, chicken burger worse that I ever had and oily, dry chips. Waffle was not bad.. but still I would not come back.. a let down

The food was very basic chips greasy and not well cooked. Main attraction was the interactive tables but even that wouldn’t be worth another visit.

We had an absolutely lovely breakfast, service was great, food was superb, our 3 year old loved the interactive tables..we will definitely be back to try dinner!

Waffle Jacks provides a wonderful dining experience for families and individuals. From the interactive table technology (which was great fun for the whole family) to the really delicious food; to the warm and friendly staff - this is a dining experience not to be missed. Fanie and Adele are fantastic hosts and make you feel like you are home from home. Waffle Jacks will definitely become a regular destination for my family. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was average - I had the waffle and it was very sweet and dry, crumbling apart it was so dry! I could only eat a small amount. To add to this the heat caused a ketchup bottle to explode all over my daughter (staining her clothes heavily and even landing all up the wall!!!) and they didn’t show any concern or offer any form of recompense (the ketchup was really hot, meaning they haven’t stored it in the fridge at all, we went in the morning so it was obviously left out overnight).

Always have fun and get great service! Love that this is so local and almost always open!!

Second time visiting Waffle Jack's and it won't be our last. Once again, great waffles with warm, family friendly service and the new interactive game tables were a big hit with my kids!

The food was amazing, the staff were very friendly and attentive , the atmosphere was brilliant, can not wait to go again. We went there for a birthday treat, would highly recommend .

Would go again, good food and big portions. Justifiably popular. One point knocked off for dirty baby seat but otherwise great! Beware the monster hot dog.

Needs a good clean up. Food is good and good recommendations where offered to us. Member of staff serving us was really helpful. We will be returning to try some of the sweet stuff.

Went on a groupon offer. Food was good and friendly waiter. Unfortunately had to wait over 30 minutes for food as Deliveroo orders were given priority

Very friendly service and great quality food. The only downside was that the room was quite cold, especially when customers left the door partly open.

The food was good. However the service has not improved. It was very slow even when it was not busy. It took 1.5 hours for 2 courses.

Really good food I had a bacon and cheese burger with chips with cheese sauce and bacon which were lovely, my partner had chilli beef burger. Have had waffles from there before which are really good too! Very friendly and fast service. Thank you!

Very welcoming small American style diner with wide menu choice. Good strong coffee. We had brunch on a Saturday of full breakfast with waffles and a burger. It was all top quality and the staff couldn't have done more to make sure we were happy. I'll definitely return.

We were extremely disappointed with everything about this restaurant. From the sticky tables, unhelpful staff to cold and tasteless food. We couldn't wait to leave.

Super yummy food, great prices and excellent service. What more can you want? Well I’d like it to be screaming child free but I realise that’s unrealistic. I would go back, happily!

It was a fantastic experience. The food was freshly made, the serves was great and the presentation of the food was awesome. There was so much to eat I couldn't finished it. My daughter and I are looking forward to trying more of your delicious food to eatin your restaurant and to take away.

Great to take my grandchildren (11&8) to. They loved the food and ate it all. Unfortunately it was different for me. I had the past. It was superb and huge and I was unable to eat it all. That's a first for me. The decor reminded me of a diner I went to in Miami a few years ago but smaller. The staff were very good and the guy with the beard was quite a character. I suggest you all try it. BRILLIANT. 10/10.

Delicious gluten free food, had a burger and a waffle. Good value for money. Yummy milkshakes, good flavours. Service is good. Place very busy so luckily we had booked.

Amazing as always... we went yesterday for my son's 8th birthday just myself and 3 children. The boys all had hotdogs and chips (but we have had the burgers before and they are very good too), My eldest child had it with bacon and cheese ... all delicious. Finished off with their favourite waffles and a special birthday surprise for my son which was a really special touch. Thank you so much to the waffle jacks team... wonderful service, delicious food and cool decor!

Had a fabulous lunch. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. Can't wait to go back again. Can definately recommend the chilli burger. Only sorry that i was too full to try a dessert!

We liked everything about our trip to Waffle Jack's. The food was tasty, and the milkshakes delicious. Each item in the burger meal deal looked so inviting that we hardly knew where to begin! Even more noticeable, though, and memorable, was the warm, friendly and efficient service that we received from staff. Fun and unique decor, too. We enjoyed our visit so much that we returned the next day to sample more of the menu!

First time here and it was great. Friendly staff, excellent food (reasonably priced) and a very happy atmosphere. Large portions (even for the kid's meals) meant none of us could finish ours off. We booked a table for 11:30 on a Sunday and by 12pm the place was packed. My only criticism is about the music. I would've preferred some Elvis, Buddy Holly or Eddie Cochran music (or similar) rather than the cover versions of Elvis and Green Day I heard. That would've made it a bit more authentic for me. Overall My family and I loved it and will definitely return.

Food was lovely and milkshakes were amazing but the service was a little slow as had waited nearly 15 mins before ordering our food but staff were friendly

Excellent food, excellent hospitality. Will definitely go back. The milkshakes were the best ever. Just don't eat for hours before you go so you can really appreciate it!

Friendly staff and good service. American-style food was average taste-wise and the milkshakes were fantastic. With a fun atmosphere, we would definitely go back again.

Took my daughter and her two friends and they loved Waffle Jacks. Great children's menu and amazing milkshakes. Good value for money, we will be back.
