Had an excellent lunch yesterday, couldn’t fault the food, service or friendliness of staff. The restaurant is very modern and fresh, and will now be my eatery of choice in the future.

Friendly and competent staff, the food was delicious (served hot) and we weren't rushed in any way. Cost was average for a party of four, £40 per person this was for two courses and drinks including cocktails!

Excellent food and service - we had tickets for the panto at the Waterside and they went out of their way to accommodate us within their timescales. Would really recommend. Will definitely be back again.

Never disappointed here. Staff are absolutely great and food top notch.

As always we had a lovely meal. We did miss the Sunday lunch as they stop serving it at 5.00pm . We will know next time x

We visited Vida for a family Sunday lunch to celebrate a group of November birthdays. Lovely atmosphere, staff with a great friendly attitude and great sense of humour.

Went on a Wednesday night. Very quiet - only 4 other customers. However staff were very attentive, food and service good. Have previously been on a Saturday when restaurant busier and therefore better atmosphere.

Excellent Food, very friendly! We had triple Garlic bread, goat's cheese salad, and lasagne - all tasted really fine, we had a nice evening, thanks!

Great service and great food at a great price. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area. If looking to eat pizza choose the Amoure - Vida style...so good. Will definitely go back again when im in the area.

As always the staff were very friendly and gave an excellent service. Our meal was as usual excellent. We were a little unsure due to new ownership but need not have worried and have alread booked our next girls night in November.

Lovely food and lovely service. New menu is great and all the food was served very timely. We were a little full after starters and they were happy to wait till we were ready.

The food and portions at Vida are exceptional. The staff are professional and attentive. An enjoyable meal at a reasonable price with some nice cheeky cocktails to get the evening off to a good start.

Delicious food that was cooked to perfection. An excellent mix of Mediterranean food, fast service and we can't wait to go again. The brie salad was amazing!

Just superb personal service from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble for the owner and staff. Great food and venue. Had mixture of pizzas, salads and the two course Sunday roasts - all delicious!

We went for lunch on my 21st birthday. The food was delicious. The service was absolutely brilliant, they were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They even brought over a glass of prosecco and a desert with a candle in for us for free. Would 100% reccomend to everyone.

Excellent food and service. Good wine list at reasonable prices. All pasta dishes we ordered were excellent and the Vida burger was extremely tasty. A good night.

The food was lovely but the service was a bit slow abd when the waiter did come he seemed distracted. Felt a bit let down as eaten there before and the service was much more attentative.

Really friendly restaurant - welcomed the Kids wholeheartedly - food is fantastic and a wide range of Italian classics alongside some new more innovative dishes. Sunday lunch was amazing!

Food very good. Service excellent. Restaurant bright and clean. We ate early, there were not many people then in the restaurant so can't comment on service in more busy periods.

Internet Booking was not recognised by the restaurant. Only by telephoning to confirm the day before was I made aware that the reservation had not been taken.

Lovely food and the service was very good, I had the marinated chicken and my husband had the lasagne. We enjoyed the evening very much.

First time eating at Vida had been to the bar before - great cocktails. Excellent food, efficient fuss free service, plenty of room. Lively without being noisy.

Always very good food and excellent service. In fact, it is the service that keeps us coming back. If you go, do try the Goats Cheese Crostini as a starter and the Peene Puttanesca is very nice.
