Fantastic food and excellent service. We love visiting and will most definitely be back again. Highly recommend the bruschetta - even the gluten free version is delicious

Very nice restaurant and service was very good.There were 4 of us and food overall was lovely.The only negative was that 2 of the party found the main a little too salty these being a pizza and linguine pescatora..but these are only small negatives.

Excellent Italian restaurant. Extensive choice of starters and main courses, all at reasonable prices. Service could not be faulted and made a change from trying to park in central Nottingham.

Booked a table for 4, it was our first time here. The food was delicious, I ordered the chicken in peppercorn sauce, lovely restaurant and efficient staff.

Very nice food. Treated my mum as a birthday present and she loved it. Have been before for lunch, was lovely to experience the evening food. Made the most of the 2 for 1 pizza and pasta deal by dining before 6.30, although it was kind of the restaurant to allow it as we were there until 8.30! Great selection of wine, enough of a choice of food for my fussy 15 year old sister and amazing desserts. Calamari starter was a bit on the chunky and rubbery side, by everything else was very tasty and beautifully presented. Will definitely go again!

This is an absolutely lovely place. The food is always excellent and the service is friendly and efficient. Whenever you go there is a good atmosphere. Also they are very family orientated. Highly recommend.

Partners main was very oily & left 50%, waiter laughed when told. Light too dim to see grease on plate. My veg barely cooked, starter meatballs not hot. No discount offered. Most diners crammed into one small, hot room. Long time before we go back.

A really excellent meal superb Italian food of excellent quality. The staff go out of there way to make your meal a really pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere is high end restaurant but also very relaxed a good mix. Would highly recommend.

Great food, drinks and service as usual at The Venezia last week. The fire was roaring away nicely, but we were at the end of the restaurant and Autumn is well and truly here folks. A few people kept their coats on...

The food and staff at Venezia are first class. Last night we had the pleasure of listening to the marvellous Mr Campbell Bass as we celebrated Venezia fourth birthday. The gluten free options are excellent, four pages of choice!

Warm welcome. Excellent food. We had carbonara and it was done to perfection. Good sized helping. As it was 2-4-1 we treated ourselves to delicious desserts made by the chef. My friend had the cheesecake and although she asked me to help her out, she then ate the whole thing. I had the Pistachio which was creamy and delicious. It was so good we went back in the same week!

Lovely food, the restaurant was very inviting with a lovely atmosphere. I had the Montecarlo (Monkfish tagliatelle) and my partner had the chicken pasta. Will visit again!

The restaurant is a little out of the way in Saxondale particularly as we travelled from Nottingham but very well worth the visit for my parents 59th Wedding Anniversary. Excellent customer service & quality of food excellent would definitely return. The prices are not cheap as the Seabass was £19:95 which my parents had but they had two pieces which was cooked very well. My husband & I had a chicken dish, one with a mushroom sauce & one with a pepper sauce served with sautéed potatoes, carrots & asparagus just under £16.

Lovely meal as usual, but the evening was less enjoyable than usual as everyone was situated at one end of the restaurant, despite there being plenty of free tables throughout it's length. Having a group of children put at the table next to ours - with parents that let them do what they wished, i.e. shout and come and go frequently - meant that it was noisy and we struggled to hear each other speak. A shame.

Service was great, quick and friendly. Food was amazing and came out very quickly. we went as a group and enjoyed it very much and would go again!!

The Venezia Italian and fish restraint serves excellent food and the service is friendly and helpful. The restraint décor is very pleasant with pictures of Venice. Mr E Ward Woodthorpe.

We went on a Sunday for the Family Sunday Lunch and it was amazing. Kids menu was perfect and food lovely, as for the and adults the food was lovely. Staff were polite, friendly and welcoming will definitely be visiting again

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. We didn't have to wait too long for the food to arrive. The prices were reasonable. Most of our party thought the food was good, but one of us had the seafood risotto and thought that it could have been better. I enjoyed the meatballs.

The meal was overall very good, although a little pricey for us. There were 4 of us and all 4 had a very nice meal.

Good service with plenty of staff on hand, a good atmosphere and great value for money with the 2 4 1 offer on pasta! Will definitely come again.
