Venezia Italian & Seafood Restaurant

First time there - a family get together with several birthday celebrations with our ages 25 - 80. Everyone loved the evening and had nothing but positive comments. The food was delicious, the portions more than ample and the choice extensive. The service was attentive but not intrusive. It's a great little gem away from the city and will definitely come again.

Very good - even on a busy Saturday. We were quickly greeted and shown to our table. Excellent service and good food. We'll be back!

Food, service, decor and ambiance all perfect. Just a small criticism that the tables are positioned to maximise occupancy but at the expense of being crowded and a feeling you always need to adjust your seating position to allow waiting staff access to nearby tables when serving food.

Great welcome. Wonderful service & delicious food. Reasonable price. We love it here. The location is not far from where we live in Bingham. I can’t say anymore.

Really nice place, fairly priced with a quality menu. Early diners also get the benefit of 2 for 1 on pasta and pizza. Nice staff as well.

Our first visit there, but it won't be our last. This is a large restaurant, but there were only three other diners present during our visit meaning that the service was very attentive. If they hadn't given my (tiny!) wife her drink in a tall pint glass rather than a half-pint lady's glass I'd have given them 6/6.

Excellent service with beautiful food and luxurious surroundings made for a great night out. Can't get better than that and only ten minutes drive away.

Lovely setting, attentive service. Good menu with a fairly classic Italian selection. My only issue was my meal was really quite salty. Not so much that I needed to complain but never the less. You can always add it it but you can't take it away! 3 people, main course plus drinks, just shy of £50.00 Would definitely return

Friendly. Very attentive service. Good food but they ran out of the dessert we wanted and the music was so loud in the bar that we couldn't hear each other, better when they seated us.

There was an issue with one of the main courses and had to be returned. This meant that one of the four people in our party ended up eating alone as the other three needed to start so their meal didn't get cold. Overall the food was good, lovely restaurant and helpful staff.

Excellent meal - well prepared and really tasty. House wine (montepulciano) is very tasty. Desserts are particularly excellent! Good service. Nice area to sit outside before and after meal.

Food is fantastic, the steaks are amazing! I have visited with friends and my young family and the staff are friendly and great with the children. Top of my list!

We visited the Restaurant on a Friday night.We were seated and served quickly,and the staff were very friendly . unfortunately our table was dirty and was never cleaned so we did it ourselves.The food was lovely but my partners was presented on a burnt plate and look awful,which is a shame because like I said the food was nice.Presentation is everything and that really let them down.

Food was good, service good, if anything over attentive, as they seem keen to clear your plates before you have finished. Lacking atmosphere though, on the night we visited it felt like they had just opened, the younger staff very shy and awkward, the senior staff a little too stiff and formal. OK, but not the sort of fun place we had expected.

It was the first time that we had been to Venezia a friend off mine had recommended it as she has been a few time and has said how nice it was,so we thought it would be nice to take my husband there for his birthday,we took our daughter with us,my husband and I enjoyed our food but when it came to my daughters it wasn't that nice it was risotto and it was very greasy,we let the head waiter know about this and he told the chef ,so when we came to pay they didn't charge us for it which I thought was very nice off them. So over all it was a very nice evening would go back again.i would only go back if it was a special event as it is a little expensive if it was a day today thing

Travelled from Lincoln to meet someone half way to celebrate a birthday. Had never been before. We arrived early to a warm welcome and the evening just got better. The food was amazing the service fantastic and will travel 40 mins again to meet friends/family there. We even had an umbrella escort at the end! Thank you!!

Really lovely place and the staff are great. The food seems a little hit and miss - great seafood, some good pastas, the wine is good but the prosecco not so. Will go again as they are so friendly and I think it has potential.

An hidden gem; fabulous food, attentive and friendly staff in an idyllic setting. Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday meal and have already booked to go back again very soon.

The restaurant is out of the way, so you need to make sure you know where it is. The choice of meals was excellent and our two 3 course dinners were superb. I had buffalo and tomato to start followed by fillet steak in a Diane sauce with profiteroles for dessert. This washed down with a couple of glasses of house red. My wife had a mushroom dish to start, followed by Sea Bass and then a trio of ice cream. Everything was excellent. I would whole-heartedly recommend this restaurant. The service was also excellent.

Very friendly staff and good value, excellent quality food. Undercharged us and, when we pointed it out they knocked it off the bill anyway. Excellent, high class surroundings too.

Excellent experience once again; just one thing - no one checked when we arrived to see if we had a reservation. We had put in a special request (asking for a corner table, back to wall, and also indicated that this was a gourmet society card booking; we then had to request again the table - luckily it wasn't full so there were several possible locations, and had to make a last minute check, when about to pay, to ensure that the Gourmet Society discount would be applied ). , However food all very good - though possibly the quattro stagioni pizza was slightly stodgy and too many peppers, not enough artichoke/prosciutto

Lovely venue and outstanding food and service. Attentive and mindful of having a young child with us. (serving her main course whilst we had starters etc).

A friendly restaurant with delicious food, such as crab ravioli , callmari or italian meats for starters to various sea food pasta dishes , steak and chicken dishes. Well worth a visit!

We were warmly welcomed, there is a good selection of both starters and mains and the service was excellent throughout our meal. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely venue, wonderful service and attention to ALL detail. A super relaxing evening with family from the Netherlands. My second visit and most certainly not my last. Will recommend highly to all my friends.

Very nice decor and the food is excellent, and reasonably priced, as is the wine. Only problem is, the staff are all so serious. There are a lot of them, the service is OK, but they don't smile and all behave as if they are under pressure, and a bit uncomfortable. Been twice now, and it was the on my first visit. Don't let it put you off though, just don't expect to have much interaction or fun with the waiters.
