Venezia Italian & Seafood Restaurant

Always love this restaurant. Attentive service and lovely food. My sisters linguine with crab and garlic was more crab than garlic but my seafood special with linguine was delicious.

Lovely ample food with lots of choice especially fish dishes .There was a warm but lively ambience.Friendly Italian service. The crab linguine was delicious. Beautiful building.

Very good service. Excellent food. Large portions. Early bird offer is good value. Lovely setting and ambience. Good for families as well as groups or couples.

We had a lovely time with friends, my friend was celebrating his 85th birthday a few days before and he really enjoyed it I’m fact he is going to book a table at the end of the month with his son and wife, and we are coming back at the end of April for my granddaughters 1st birthday with the family .🤗

We visited on a busy Friday early evening, but still found the food and service to good and efficient - many thanks again and we'll be back soon!

The birthday surprise planned for us by family did not materialise ie. they arranged for a cheesecake as dessert to be served with candles but it never happened and we only knew this morning when family asked if we had enjoyed “the surprise”. Not good! Not professional!

Great service, food and atmosphere even though hardly anyone here due to snow. Rated 5/6 as Frittura Mists starter had the water prawns missing and nothing was even said.

Excellent food as usual last week, and not too long a wait despite it being the busiest it has been on any of our visits. Some confusion, or possibly language difficulties over the side salad order, but otherwise great - as usual.

It was date night for mexample an my wife and what a nice way to spend our eveningroup service was great and food was excellent definitely worth going again

Brilliant food for very reasonable price. Often forgotten about as you don’t stumble across it given its location however it is 100% worth a visit! Make sure you make use of their special offers, they are amazing value.

Food was good when finally we were served. Appreciate busy but doesn't account table's close by ordered a while after us and served without the waiting time.

Lovely service and great food with a wide choice. Prices were alright as well. Really enjoyed it. Would have liked a greater choice in afters though..that may well be my sweet tooth though!

Fantastic authentic food in a lovely environment with great service, really good with children too. The Almond parfait for dessert was amazing, definitely recommend visiting.

We had a great meal, Red Snapper with a delicious sauce for our mains. All the fish had come fresh from the market that morning. Food and ambience excellent.

Very nice atmosphere. Very good authentic food and good value. The only thing preventing a 6 is that the tables were a bit close together and felt only slightly penned in. I'll definitely go again.

Both the fOod and the service were very good indeed but we sat next to the window which was chilly.It was however a very cold evening.

First visit of the year to the Venezia last night. A bit busier than when we usually go, but fast service - and even corrected one minor mistake instantly and with a little extra! Great as usual.

A welcome return for us to the excellent Venezia Restaurant. This was the first time we had taken guests with us and, unsurprisingly, they were as happy with everything as we were. We'll all be back soon...

An excellent Sunday lunch experience with quality service and lovely food in very nice surroundings. As 'oldies' we didn't have any kids (under 12's) with us but if we had then they would have eaten for free. Well worth a visit.

Lovely cozy welcoming environment, beautifully furnished, excellent food and service. Nice friendly staff. Situated in saxondale village, took 20 mins from Arnold. Will definitely be going again.

Firstly it was a cold environment when sitting in a restaurant. Vegan options were poor, vegetarian options were too very limited. No vegan or vegitarian options in specials. Wine options by the glass were not great, no Chilean white wine. Too much cheese in calzone, and ice cream for dessert was not of good quality. My stomach was upset when I got home.. I could only think it was eating too many carbohydrates as there were no vegetarian options. In my opinion maybe it's a good restaurant for those who eat meat. Staff were efficient and polite. Too many male waiters, there was only 1 female. At times felt a little intimidating.

Lovely food and pleasant staff, only a little disappointed as I'd hoped to have the Sunday Lunch menu/prices, but it wasn,t available as it was a 'special' day, apart from that, well worth the visit

If you want a good evening out go no further the staff are very welcoming extremely professional and first class at their job the atmosphere is very relaxed but extremely efficient and the food is of a very high standard would highly recommend

There is only one word to describe the food, ambience of the restaurant and the service and that is EXCELLENT. My party of 4 were very impressed.

Overall, this restaurant is great value for money The staff were attentive, professional and friendly and the food was really good. Four of us ate (all having different dishes) and not a bad word about any.......starters, main courses and desserts. Will definitely re-visit.
