Magnificant!! Editorial food and excellent customer service from every single staff as well as the Italian manager! Fully satisfied with everything and the good was beautiful!

Extremely child friend, and with delicious food, nowhere else comes close. The girls love it and we can relax and let them be kids. Highly recommend this place.

Food was great and the service was freindly and efficient. Rating would have been 6 if not for the Potty mouthed oafs at the next table. wont be put off by them though and will return soon.

Outstanding food and excellent service. The staff were great with the kids and the children's menu was fabulous value. My husband had the fillet steak and it was cooked perfectly. There's a good selection of wines and I can recommend the Italian Merlot which was lovely and reasonably priced. We will certainly be back soon. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and lovely food will definitely go again . Had ravioli and husband had steak which was cooked as requested. Jug of water and glasses no problems at all good value for money and very spacious restaurant not squashed in a corner .

Visited Valentinos for the first time on 6/5/2016 for my son's birthday' the food was yummy very realistically priced, we had a warm welcome and the atmosphere was busy but relaxed and friendly except for the girl behind the bar whom maybe needs to smile a little!!! Overall we had a very enjoyable meal and all commented the food was lovely. We would recommend and return.

Valentino's is OK, nothing too bad but certainly nothing great. The food is fine, without being great, although my pizza was quite soggy, possibly due to the type I chose, which had lots of toppings. Service is quite slow but just about OK. Would I go back? No, there are better choices in Wakefield.

Simply gorgeous food and wonderful staff really accommodating I like to sit near a door ado become very hot must be my age and this wasn't a problem at all for them we sat near the doorway with a lovely breeze highly recommend this restaurant

Lovely place, food good, lots of choice on the menu and staff really nice, especially with the kids, they even let them make their own ice cream desserts :)

My wife and I can't understand how anyone could rate this restaurant any less than 10/10.Food is first class and so is the service as soon as we walked through the door.

As always, excellent food and excellent service. A little noisy with children but it was Sunday teatime so would expect that. But not obtrusive. Thanks.

We had a really nice welcome into the resturant and then the staff were extremely helpful and very very friendly. Nothing was rushed and we could have sat all night . We will definately be back.

Brilliant food and some of the service was brilliant. However, was slow and also got drinks orders mixed up as well. Other than that it was lovely and the staff where extremely hard working.

The food was fantastic as always along with great service from the staff. One of our most favourite resteraunts and the best Italian resteraunt by far.

Very busy on Saturday night and had to wait at the bar for a while. But the service was very good and the food was excellent as usual. Another good night at Valentinos

We have regularly eaten at Valentinos for many years now & our last visit was excellent as always. The food was delicious ,the staff welcoming.

Once again a faultless meal. I had the fillet steak with peppercorn sauce and it was fantastic. Perfectly cooked medium/rare and the sauce was delicious. We will be back again soon!

Family friendly, excellent food.- fresh vibrant flavours, in particular the scallops. Children's menu includes access to the main menu. Service was discrete but 'on the ball' . Will visit again

Service was great, the pizza was not as good as it sounded, other half complained plain calzone did not taste much. Overall wasn't too bad but won't be going back any time soon.

Great Italian food and great staff. We are never disappointed when we visit Valentino's. Would highly recommend for a hearty Italian feast any day of the week.

A very pleasant experience although I've never had a bad meal here. The staff are always very helpful and attentive and the food was delicious.

Great food and service. Amazing chicken dishes, even kids cleaned their plates.. We were four adults and three children 2 under 6, really great attitude to kids. Well worth a visit. Yummy !

Meals and service good - little slow for food to come out as there was only one other occupied table . Surprised it wasn't busier for a Sunday lunchtime.

Staff were excellent and the food delicious. Have booked for a large group on May 7th. Family friendly and very welcoming. Can't wait to go back!

We went as a party of 2 during the week. The waiting staff were fantastic and the food was top quality. It wasn't really busy but that didn't matter. Truly a lovely little Italian.

Fantastic evening! Fantastic food! Extremely busy evening, was a little late arriving had tried to ring but they were that busy they hadn't heard the phone they apologised to us even though it was our fault! They seated us straight away, and did not rush us to order, the food was amazing! And service fantastic can't wait to go again

Very pleasant staff, nice food with plenty of menu choices on the adult & children's menus. Only a slight criticism that we were charged the same price for a kids size margarita pizza, as one with 2 toppings which for a kids pizza I thought was a bit expensive at £6. Just comparing what other Italian restaurants charge & usually get 2 courses and a drink for the same price.

The lunch menu is very different to what we expected but the food was excellent. A type of italian tapas. Great selection which we shared. Service as always friendly and efficient. A reasonable and delicious lunch.

We were a party of 8 including 2 children. Food was very nice. Some starters could have been hotter but the lasagne was too hot. We have eaten here before and will definitely go again. The staff were very attentive apart from 1! It would have been a nice touch if they had colouring books and crayons for the kids.

Great food, great environment - cocktails not so great - but the food makes it more than worthwhile!! Pizzas are a must! Will definitely be back.

Excellent restaurant, food lovely, friendly and welcoming staff. Atmosphere wonderful, ranging from young to older guests. Good choice of menu including gluten free options, which makes a nice change. Bar area available to congregate prior to being taken to your table. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. I took my 92 yr old mum to Valentino's for Mother's Day, we ordered a cheesy garlic bread which was delicious and 2 pasta dishes both of which were very enjoyable. The service was good and we had a lovely afternoon. Thank you.

Very busy but we were sat immediately and had our order taken efficiently. Good was good quality and they were attentive throughout the meal. Very good experience

Service terrible, won't book again on a special day. Ordered 2 take out pizzas, was told to order them 5 minutes before I was leaving ( after we had eaten our meal) they brought them to table 50 minutes early then put them to one side to keep warm for when I was leaving.

Even though it was busy for Mother's Day, we were well looked after. The speed of service was just right and the food was very good. All the staff were very attentive and made our visit a very pleasant experience.
