Such a beautiful place to have tea and cake, and a wander round the gardens. Everyone we spoke to who works there was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back as everything looked tasty and wanted to try all the different cakes!
Charming restaurant with lovely outlook and friendly efficient service. Food was very good with a great choice for our saturday lunch and tea. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place, so much great food, savory and sweet!!! After filling our bellies we had a walk around the garden, which is so beautiful. It's a must when in Dorset.

Dorset Apple CAke the best in the world! Staff coped amazingly with busy day.
Welcoming, friendly staff. Beautiful gardens, lovely environment to enjoy our special afternoon tea. Cakes were delicious and a perfect pot of tea. Made this afternoon extra special.
Very enjoyable but a little more steak in the steak and mushroom pie would be good. Will see you again.

Lovely food and nice stroll around the garden. Great friendly service
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely food with good selection on the menu. We were too full up to try the cakes unfortunately but they did look amazing on the counter. Beautiful grounds and will definitely be returning!

Regular vieit with friends for Cream Coffee!! Love the peaceful garden and reserve the same table. Absolutely delicious homemade scones! Really good coffee served as wanted!! Dogs welcome!! Lovely staff!!!
Well set up restaurant and imaginative use of a beautiful site. It was rather busy when we came but cheerful. friendly staff still gave good service
Always serene, the staff were great, and the tea was lovely!!
Five tempura prawns, mainly all batter and served with chutney WHOLE goats cheese? about 8mm thick! Ham and eggs. Fried eggs were over cooked and no whole grain mustard (ran out 2 days ago) All the above served with rosemary chips which were very dry and no flavour of rosemary. Pomegranate and elderflower presse; at £3.50 expected a bottle of premium brand but came in a hi-ball glass, half full plus ice Expensive for the quality of food. They are pretending to be better than they are both on quality and value Service was o.k. and they did acknowledge my friends’ complaint
Lovely place, good food, great gardens, didn’t know it was so big.
Always such a lovely experience. The place is stunning, food always delicious and staff absolutely lovely. Would recommend to everyone.
We have been going to WW many years and have always loved it. This last 2 years the increase in prices has unfortunately restricted our visits. We have also found that service can be very slow but it has increased it’s seating and not increased its kitchen size l believe so l guess that’s why. Today we visited for my husbands birthday , food was very nice and we ordered a sweet. We waited at least 15 minutes only to be told it was no longer available, reordered different sweets and then one arrived with custard and not icecream. We had to wait ages for the missing icecream which when finally arrived had obviously been sitting around waiting for someone to deliver as it was part melted and we had to ask the girl doing the drinks for spoons as we didn’t have any with the sweets. Slightly disappointing visit, hope for a better next time!
We won two vouchers for a cream tea at a local charity raffle event. Booked online today, turned up and had a lovely tasty cream tea.
Hi, Ever so pretty, staff really nice, food lovely. Would love to go again. Only comments are , - just as happened to a friend -we booked verbally for outside but we given inside. And not all of the salad ingredients described were included in the dish selected. Food was delicious though and oh so pretty there. Very busy, so hard to moan when the staff were working so hard but it was such a lovely day to be stuck inside.
Great food, attentive service, beautiful setting. Thank you very much.
Great food nice day. Helpful staff ,and kindly at the till
I don’t know why we have not eaten here for many years. Great food and beautiful garden and the sun even appeared

Beautiful surroundings Delicious food Great service and cake to die for
Lovely outside. Very noisy inside. Food great. Had to wait a long time to be served. Had to queue, find a table, then queue again to order so not great as only one person on till.
Beautifully set in a tranquil garden. Had the most delicious Sunday roast. Will definitely be returning xxx
First time visit, my husband & I were on holiday. Before we came to Weymouth, we had followed you on Facebook, so decided to seek you out. We were not disappointed, everything was perfect. We were made most welcome. The food was outstanding, service was perfect & the garden was out of this world. This tearoom/garden is a hidden gem. Well worth a visit.
We were sat at an outside table in the beautiful garden which was lovely. Our table was in a little section on its own so felt really private. Ordering food (which was lovely by the way) was easy and didn't take long despite it being busy. Seemed to be a very popular place to eat, which in its self is a really good sign of the great service, lovely atmosphere and lovely food on offer.
Our food was very good. We had the chicken schnitzel, pulled pork burger, gren warrior burger and the wishing well ploughmans. All very well cooked and service was excellent. Very cheerful staff and helpful. Only downside was the portion size of the ploughman's lunch. Very sparse. For the cost, pretty disappointing.
Lovely place to visit, beautiful place, very peaceful, we had lunch and the food was delicious and the portions were good. My 8yr old granddaughter was absolutely certain fairies lived there! She loved wandering around the little paths and looking in all the hidden areas.
Delicious coffee, tea and homemade cakes by the stream. Great service too. It’s becoming one of our favourite places!
Easy booking system, food was lovely, service was friendly and efficient.
