We had a lovely waitress but she appeared to be on her own when it was busy so the service wasn't brilliant We waited a long time for our food. The menu is quite diverse. However, It said Haloumi kebabs but it is not a kebab. It was 4 pieces of haloumi on top of a massive flatbread and a little salad. I had to order an extra salad. Expensive for what it is I asked for veggies but they do not serve any - only chips

From walking in and getting served, staff very very friendly, the female who took our order and served the meals for all 4 of us very friendly and helpful as my granddaughter is dairy free she checked with the chef , she was so efficient, we will definitely be having another visit.

You will probably wish you hadn't asked me . The best thing - the wonderful stone exterior when seated in the atrium area. The most annoying - the noise from the speakers. I personally simply do not want it when I come out for a meal . Ever. And after a while when the dining area got to about 20 + people it was not necessary. Still , i's a good thing to have the investment in Bondgate and bring the building back to life.

The food was lovely and the girl who served us very smiley and polite. Unfortunately she was too far stretched on a busy evening which was not her fault. We had to get up to ask to order food, the food then took 40 minutes to arrive, we had to ask after 20 minutes wait to see a dessert menu and then seek someone out again to pay. There seemed to be plenty of staff but only 2 actually taking orders etc on a very busy evening. It’s a shame as the food was nice and atmosphere good but overshadowed by hunger!

My sons 13th birthday nothing was too much trouble cake taken down before our visit staff brought the cake out to my sons delight the food was amazing all cleared plates great atmosphere friendly obliging staff will most definitely be back thanks treehouse otley

Overall good but we had to wait a long time for our drinks and food. The food was nice but the chips were warm rather than hot. Unfortunately, the quiz was on ( Monday evening) and I’d rather not have that whilst having a meal so will avoid a Monday evening in future. Nice place though and pleasant staff.

Booked for 2pm got served with drinks quickly the food came within 20 mins . It came and it was amazing gif a good bowl of cauliflower cheese. I would recommend and I will certainly be going again

We waiting about 1.5 hrs for food to arrive. Not impressed with any of our meals.

Best pizza I’ve ever had, chose the spicy njuda and hot honey pizza and shared some salt and pepper chips which I’d definitely order again. Wonderful venue, wonderful food!

Went for lunch. We were met on entry as we’d booked and shown to a table. Service was friendly and quick and the food was lovely, drinks too. I had a few Pina Coladas. The restaurant has a nice, relaxed feel and all the staff we encountered were equally friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be going again and again.

We arrived on time at 6.30 and ordered by 7 pm. We had booked taxis home for 9 pm. Our food arrived at almost 8.30 and was lukewarm at best. We asked several times if the food was ready but repeated reassurances were false. It spoiled a special night for our colleague as this was her retirement party. Our bill was eventually halved after a little haggling but I would not recommend this place.

Our table was booked for 7pm. It was very busy and took a little while to order but we did not receive our food until 8.40pm. When we asked about the food we were told ours was next but it still to 40 mins after that point. When it did arrive it was very disappointing. I did complain and was given a discount on our meal but I will not be going back.

Really nice food and good value. We had a lovely evening and would recommend it.

our first visit to Treehouse. The venue was very impressive, and the changes made to the building were visionary. The Bar staff served Guinness when a beer asked for, they seemed more interested in talking to each other than to customers. Food ordering was good but the menu was limited, the kebab I ordered turned out to be a kofta, and my wife's shrimp curry was very watery and not sufficiently spiced. Our shared flatbreads arrived at the same time as our main course. The environment is excellent, the service is good, food is below average.

Didn’t know what to expect - but very noisy due to three TVs showing the football with a Lot of supporters - who were just watching. On top of that 15 minutes into our visit a band started playing. Consequence of all this was that conversation was almost impossible. Only redeeming feature - the food was very nice.

Very good service with excellent food! Shame there are so many screens everywhere but wouldn't stop us from going again!

Meal for a family birthday. Not a great experience at all. We couldn't relax and enjoy the experience as we were reminding staff that we existed and to chase our orders. When the food did arrived it was very underwhelming. Fish butteh very very average and crispy mushy peas? Kebab isn't actually a kebab, it's bland chicken served on a flatbread that sweats and goes soggy. Same for the chicken caesar, over dressed but bland. Macaroni cheese sides were bland and we left them. We would have complained but the table across from us did and the reaction from one of the gents I assume was the manager wasn't great and would have put a further dampner on the evening if we had we just won't be returning. Such a shame as it would be such an asset to otley if done right and its such simple things that need improving.

Nice food, very spacious and live music on a Sunday

We left within 5 minutes. The bar was very noisy and busy and we were shown to a table where we were expected to share with 4 others. No alternative was offered. There is no quieter area to ear and people were standing around us drinking. We could not have talked during our meal as it was far too noisy. We like a nice atmosphere but this was just dreadful. Totally inappropriate. Needs a review if layout. Or just be a bar with no dining.

Much too noisy and also our table was next to the exit to the beer garden with the door permanently open which made it quite chilly. The food and beer were fine.

Absolutely amazing place and very reasonable… the only setback for us was where we were sat, we got stuck in a corner away from the main part of the bar so couldn’t see anything! that was disappointing, but food and staff were all great!

Yorkshire tacos and the Rumo steak were awesome and service was great even though very busy

Nice friendly staff, excellent building, Food, lasagna slightly small portion also needed a dressing for the salad on all dishes. Pulled pork burrito packed with rice could do with more pork
